Wyndham Beihai

The location is very close to the high-speed train station, and the room is clean and comfortable. The front desk staff proactively offered all sorts of help, making for a great experience. Beihai in the off-season is very pleasant; no waiting for meals and no crowds when shopping. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit.

This stay was on the night before leaving Beihai at the end of our trip. The Wyndham's room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was also excellent. When we checked out, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage to the car, so the service was great. The only downside was that the hairdryer in the room was very old-fashioned, making for a very unpleasant experience. I suggest they update it immediately to keep up with the times. (The other hotels we stayed at in Beihai and Weizhou Island all had Dyson hairdryers.) In comparison, this one felt very subpar and didn't match the hotel's positioning.

This is a five-star hotel in the heart of Beihai, right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's about 1 km from the high-speed train station, a 30-minute taxi ride to the airport, and around 15 minutes to Old Street, Silver Beach, and the ferry terminal. The hotel has a minimalist design, and the staff are very enthusiastic and generally meet all requests. Breakfast is above average, and overall, it offers good value for money in Beihai. The only downside, perhaps, is that it doesn't have a sea view.

I booked a business king room, and the bed was really big and super comfortable! The location is near the train station, but it's not noisy at all; in fact, it's quite peaceful. They offer a pick-up service, which is a really nice touch!

Choosing the right hotel when traveling with kids is half the battle! This place is incredibly family-friendly. Cindy helped us arrange a room we were really happy with. They had kid-sized slippers and toiletries ready in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The service was excellent; they even proactively shared tips on local eats and attractions in Beihai. The hotel's location is convenient, with good transport links, and it's not a long drive to the scenic spots. Plus, there's a kids' play area on the first floor, which kept the little ones happy and gave us adults some peace of mind. Five stars, highly recommend!

I accidentally left my phone in the room when checking out. What's important is that my phone contains crucial client data. The hotel staff, particularly Xiao Jiang, immediately and proactively accompanied me back to the room to search for it. Luckily, my phone wasn't lost. Xiao Jiang's professionalism and service attitude are truly commendable. The hotel should definitely nurture her talent. Overall, the hotel is great, and I would choose to stay here again if I have the chance!
