Atour properties in Beijing

My friend recommended Atour, and overall, it was a good experience. It's very convenient for getting to the airport. I especially want to highlight the excellent service from the front desk staff. We had an early departure, and they patiently helped us arrange a taxi. When we arrived at the airport, my child's backpack was left in the taxi. Since I couldn't make international calls, I contacted the hotel front desk via WeChat. The staff were incredibly patient and helped me call the driver. After several calls back and forth, the driver, who had already gotten on the highway, quickly turned around to bring us the backpack. I'm so grateful to the hotel front desk. I'll definitely choose Atour again next time.

Facilities: The room is very smart. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: The location is excellent, right next to the subway station. Service: Very attentive and outstanding.

This is my fourth time staying at the Atour Hotel, Tianbei Road, New China International Exhibition Center this year. Everything from the late-night snack to breakfast is prepared with great care. The stir-fried bean dregs are quite unique; you wrap them in small pancakes, just like eating Peking duck – it's both nutritious and delicious! The Millet porridge is perfectly cooked with that lovely 'millet oil' on top, just right! The day before yesterday, when I checked in, as soon as I entered the hotel, Jing Chuang, the handsome young man at the front desk, immediately offered me a warm honey lemon water. It was so thoughtful and heartwarming!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around. The room was quiet and comfortable with good soundproofing. The service was meticulous and thoughtful; they even tidied up my belongings when cleaning the room. There's a courtyard, which makes parking easy, and it's free for guests. The facilities are user-friendly, with plenty of charging sockets, which was a nice touch. The environment is elegant and generous, with an overall simple yet high-end style. The cleanliness was impeccable; even the cups sparkled!

The room was a bit small, but that's understandable given the location. It's just a short walk to the Heping Campus of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. There's a Zigongyuan restaurant nearby with delicious milk skin yogurt and various pancakes. Several other restaurants in the vicinity are also quite good. The cleanliness was excellent, and every staff member was very attentive. During the Dragon Boat Festival, the front desk even gave me a beautiful bracelet, which was a lovely surprise!

Hotel was clean, front desk staff was pleasant and polite. The laundry room was clean and had everything needed to wash/dry clothes and even an option to ask staff to help you take out the clothes from the machine once it’s done. The location is ideal for those who might need to catch a train or want easy access to the metro station. However, for me, I found that other than for that specific reason, the location wasn’t the best - it’s somewhat surrounded by construction so it can get a bit dusty (which is not ideal if you have allergies) and also a bit noisy. I booked a room with a tub but it seemed like the tub hadn’t been scrubbed in a while - I had to do that myself and order a tub plastic cover on ******* before having a bath.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location, close to both the subway and a commercial district, making travel and dining effortless. The iconic Zhuju (Bamboo Dwelling) bookstore is filled with various titles, creating a quiet and elegant atmosphere. Taking a moment to browse a book here instantly dissipates any travel-induced anxiety. What's more, books can even be returned at other Atour locations, truly enhancing the cultural ambiance. During check-in, the front desk proactively offered Atour Village hot tea. The staff were gentle and patient, and the check-in process was efficient and quick. They thoughtfully inquired about my sleep preferences and whether I needed a quiet room, and meticulously informed me about the hotel's amenities. Any requests were met with incredibly fast responses. The cleanliness of the guest room was impeccable. There were no strange odors throughout the entire room, and every corner, as well as the bathroom counter, was spotless. The glassware came with a sealed 'peace of mind' sticker, making the cleanliness visibly reassuring. The room was spacious, with soft, non-glaring lighting. The separate wet and dry bathroom had stable water pressure, and the toiletries had a subtle, pleasant fragrance. The most surprising aspect was the sleep experience. The deep sleep mattress was just the right firmness, and the naked cotton bedding was soft and skin-friendly. There were multiple pillow options available to change as needed, and the double-layer soundproofing effectively blocked out external noise. Even I, someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, had a restful night, completely shedding the fatigue of travel. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive. The 24-hour self-service laundry room comes with a drying function, which is incredibly convenient for washing clothes during long trips. The gym is well-equipped, making it easy to fit in a quick workout. The special 'Midnight Congee' service was particularly heartwarming. Returning to the hotel in the evening, a bowl of warm millet congee with side dishes was both comforting and healing. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, including a freshly cooked noodle station, pastries, grains, and fresh fruit. For those with early schedules, there's even an option to grab a takeaway breakfast, which is very thoughtful. The cleaning staff (aunties) were meticulous and attentive, always promptly addressing any needs. Upon check-out, the front desk thoughtfully provided a bottle of warm water. Throughout the entire stay, there was no perfunctory, assembly-line service; every detail showed genuine care. The value for money far exceeded other hotels in the same category. I will prioritize Atour for future trips and sincerely recommend it to travelers seeking comfort and warmth.

I’d just toss my dirty clothes into the washing machine during breakfast, leave a note for the staff with my room number and desired drying time, and by the time I returned to the hotel in the evening, my dry clothes were already back in my room. The room was very soundproof, and the air conditioning had smart temperature control, so it didn't just blow constantly. It was so quiet in the room you could hear a pin drop. The decor and facilities all felt very new. A truly satisfying experience; I'll definitely be booking Atour hotels for the rest of my trip.

Breakfast also exceeded my expectations; it was more lavish than any other hotel I've stayed at previously. The room featured a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the smart features were quite entertaining – a simple 'Hey Tmall Genie' would open the curtains, and asking for the news would promptly bring it on. It truly put me in a great mood for my stay.
