Watertown Hotel

The room was very quiet and the bedding was comfortable. Having unlimited access to the scenic area was very convenient. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety of options. One of the bedside power outlets was a bit loose, please don't forget to fix it.

The hotel's location is excellent, making travel very convenient. The room was clean and tidy with complete facilities. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The service was warm and attentive, and it offered great value for money. They even gave us a children's toy! I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended!

It's been a while since I last visited, and the environment is still pretty good, just as it was before. However, unlike many hotels nowadays that offer free breakfast for children under 1.3 meters, Wuzhen doesn't. Everything was pretty standard and met expectations, nothing surprising.

On the morning of our check-in, the hotel called to inform us that due to the typhoon, they were being used as a temporary shelter, so our booking was moved to a Deluxe Family Room at Gubei Zhiguang. The room at Gubei Zhiguang was a bit smaller and the facilities felt a bit dated, but the breakfast was good, which somewhat made up for it. What I found unacceptable was the 25 CNY charge for the hotel parking. Of course, this isn't the hotel's fault, but rather an issue with the overall scenic area management. By the way, a shoutout to the Chinese restaurant opposite Gubei Zhiguang – it was excellent.

A special thanks to Ms. Zhang Xinyu, a hotel staff member, for her great help. She was incredibly thoughtful in helping us choose and upgrade to a room with an amazing view, and even sent us a fresh fruit plate! She also promptly informed us about changes in the weather. Her service was excellent! 👍 We'll definitely come back next time! ^_^

The hotel's location is excellent, and parking is convenient, with direct access to the hotel's underground garage. It's very child-friendly, and booking ancient town tickets through the hotel gets you a discounted price. The room decor is beautiful, and my child loved it – there were Shaun the Sheep everywhere!

I've stayed in Gubei Water Town many times, and this is my second stay at this hotel. The location is super convenient, as you can drive right in. The service is good, though breakfast is really just so-so. The rooms are relatively spacious and come with a balcony.

Came to shoot a traditional Chinese wedding video in the ancient town. This hotel is very close to the studio and also close to the entrance of the ancient town. The complimentary hot spring tickets were a nice touch and the experience was good. However, the hotel is a bit old, and they even charged a 50 RMB deposit just to borrow an umbrella, which was a bit off-putting.

The room was very comfortable, and I loved the Great Wall view room. Breakfast was delicious.
