Wuzhen Club is finally back! The rooms are spacious, the environment is great, and it's excellent value for money! All the suites use L'Occitane amenities.

A truly excellent experience, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Fantastic hotel in the middle of the Watertown. Yet a quiet escape from the crowd. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed is one of the best I had. Breakfast is simple but sufficient. Staff is kind and helpful. This was our second visit and for sure we will be back.

Communication was slow and a but challenging, but the staff tried very hard to be helpful, and the hotel wonderful. Clean, modern, attractive and high-quality!

I stayed at the hotel in early February with my boyfriend. It was an excellent experience and I definitely recommend it! The hotel staff speaks basic English, but they also use translation apps. So we communicated without any problems. Everyone on the staff was attentive and kind. The room was completely comfortable and well decorated. The breakfast was delicious. Staying in this hotel is like back in time. If you want to experience a bit of "Ancient China," go there. There is a beautiful garden and an enchanted library. The furniture is also amazing. It's definitely a lovely option in the city. After all, you can also go walking to the Termas or the Great Wall Gate. Staying at the hotel was a great choice. I would definitely go back!

Good service, beautiful hotel

This was my first time staying at the Wuzhen Hui Hotel, and the hotel environment was exceptional! It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, with a charming, traditional Jiangnan feel. The rooms were also very spacious, especially the bathrooms. The hotel staff were also incredibly friendly, greeting everyone upon arrival. Special praise to Ji Yingjie for his excellent service! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit the ancient town.

The original room type was full, so they upgraded me to a lower level for free. The decor was understated yet luxurious, the room was spacious, and the facilities were quite complete. It was worth the price, and overall I was very satisfied.
