Friendly and helpful staff, A great hotel especially if you are going to Universal Beijing… it’s only 10 minutes away. The location is great as it is near to a subway station. The room is spacious, clean and comfy.I Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Value for money! Even though the hotel is a little far from the city centre and away from most of the attractions (except universal studio), it was easy to make arrangements as the subway station is very near the hotel. There were a few local food places around the hotel that is good as well. Room was relatively more spacious as compared to the ones in the city centre. The facilities were new and clean. Bed and pillow was so comfortable! Hotel staff 小乔was such a great help to us during our stay there. She was very patient and went out of her way to help us with stuff that we are not familiar with. Others were welcoming as well :)

Value for money and good service. Left my adapter and they called to arrange to sent to me. Kudos to Xiao Fu and Xiao Qiao for making sure the adapter is sent to the next Hotel. Citigo Qianmen hotel was not helping and force us to give good review. Cant write my review there cos they assist to key in the review. So i state it here. Jinglanting hotel is spacious and near to subway station. Good for family stay over for Universal Studio. Provide free transfer and quick guide on the bus as well.

The lobby girl whose name is XiaoFu is very helpfull. The room is big, comfortable for 4 family person. In the morning, the shuttle bus is ready to pick us up to the universal beijng resort. It's really nice to stay here

Front desk is quick and helpful. Room is clean and everything works as expected. 10/10 recommended and would go back next year again if getting a chance to come back to China again.

Room superb and very high tech with Voice control (Chinese language only). Convenient transport provided to and fro Universal studios. The receptionist Xiaofu was so helpful.

Booked this hotel when going to Universal Studios. It's a 6-minute walk from Wansheng East Station on Line 7, very close. Parking is free. We parked our car at the hotel and took the subway to Universal Studios. Checked in at the end of the night. If you go to Metro Line 1, you can take the bus. There is a McDonald's across the street. Facilities: Lefen's hair dryer, very useful. The only glass door in the bathroom is the bathroom, which is a solid wall, but the glass door is also locked for privacy. The whole room is really smart. The bath water is very hot. Hygiene: Clean. Environment: Other reviews mentioned poor sound insulation. It was a bit noisy when someone was making a lot of noise in the corridor, but after coming back from Universal, I was so tired that I just wanted to fall asleep. That little noise is almost the same as no noise. The signal is poor, but the Wi-Fi is better. Service: The staff is very enthusiastic.

It was a very good stay. The hotel is new and clean, the room is big, the front desk service is also very good, and they helped us upgrade the room type for free. It was very comfortable. The next day we went to Universal Studios and they provided a free shuttle bus, but there were too many people and we couldn't get on the bus, so we took a taxi and they reimbursed us for the taxi fare. I was happy. The front desk can also store luggage, which is very worry-free. At night, we dragged our tired bodies back to get our luggage, and the front desk also thoughtfully prepared mineral water for us. It was really, really good. If I come to play again in the future, I will stay here again🥳🥳

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the subway entrance, four stops away from Universal Studios, very convenient, and there is a special car to Universal Studios. The hotel facilities are complete and very clean, especially the attitude of each waiter is very good, there is a feeling of home, and they also took the initiative to help us upgrade the room. Great hotel, the room environment is good, clean and tidy, close to Universal Studios, there is a bus to Universal Studios in the morning, breakfast is McDonald's, the staff are also very enthusiastic, it is no problem for the coaches going to Universal to stay here.

The hotel is great and comfortable. There are many figurines as soon as you enter the door. The parent-child room is very spacious and the children like it very much. The hotel is also close to the subway station. There will be a shuttle bus to Universal Studios. You can take the subway to 5 stations by yourself! Recommended

A very cost-effective choice, because we only stayed one night to go to Universal Studios the next day. The children were completely attracted by Xiaodu and almost didn't want to sleep at night. The only drawback is that the curtains are not closed tightly, and we woke up a little early in the morning
