Orange Hotel (Beijing China-Japan Hospital University of Foreign Economics and Trade)

Compact yet well-equipped, with enthusiastic service from the auntie staff and patient, polite assistance from the young man at the front. It's incredibly close to the school. We'll definitely be coming back often. Before we checked out, the front desk gentleman even gave us a souvenir and two bottles of water, reminding us it was hot outside.

The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast had a great variety. They even gave us a small gift at checkout, which was a very pleasant surprise.

There were many staff members on duty. It was past midnight, and I couldn't close the window after trying. They were available right away when I called, even in the middle of the night. The next day, they even moved me to a different room, which was incredibly thoughtful.

This Orange Hotel is in a great location, and the front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and accommodating when it comes to room assignments. The rooms themselves are well-equipped, and the breakfast spread is generous. Plus, there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a really good stay.

The hotel room had great natural light, the cleaning was thorough and meticulous, and the facilities were complete and smart. It's a hotel with excellent value for money.

Overall, it was pretty good, but I'd suggest improving the training for the housekeeping staff. One morning, around 9 AM, I was woken up by a cleaner continuously knocking on my door, just to ask if it was a convenient time to clean. If someone is in the room and doesn't answer after knocking, doesn't that mean they're still asleep? Is it really convenient for you to come in and clean while they're sleeping? And then there's the toothbrush situation – I understand the push for environmental protection, but I don't get why they replaced my toothbrush with a new one every single day.

The service was excellent. We wanted to upgrade to a family room, but it wasn't available, so the hotel kindly added an extra bed for a very reasonable price and even included four breakfasts. It was such a thoughtful gesture! As always, Orange Hotel never disappoints.
