The front desk service was warm and attentive. The room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was quite good, with a wide variety of hot dishes, cold dishes, main courses, fruits and vegetables, and beverages. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, so dining is very convenient. Parking was easy.

Booked this room for Universal Studios and it exceeded my expectations. They offer a shuttle service to and from Universal, the breakfast was excellent, and there are many great restaurants nearby. The room was quite spacious. I'd definitely consider staying at Mercure again next time.

I brought my kids to Universal Studios and saw this place had pretty good reviews online, so I chose it. I really trust this brand, as it's a chain, and overall I think it's quite good. We even got welcome fruit on the day we checked in. The room was spacious and clean, and the mattress was just the right firmness – very comfortable. The decor was simple and elegant, and the bathroom was also spacious with hot shower water. The only slight drawback for me was that they didn't provide plastic slippers or a non-slip mat, which made me a bit worried about slipping while showering. The bathroom door also had a minor issue and wouldn't close properly. Other than that, the service, environment, and breakfast were all excellent. There's also a convenient shuttle bus to Universal Studios, and the staff were very friendly and enthusiastic.

This hotel near Universal Studios offers great value for money. They provide a shuttle service to the park entrance, which takes about 20 minutes. The service is good, and the breakfast is pretty standard. Overall, it's a very good option, especially if you're on a budget!

We booked this place for our second day, as we were planning to go to Universal Studios. The room was incredibly spacious. When we checked in, the lady at the front desk was so thoughtful, offering us warm bottled water. The 'tieguo dun' (iron pot stew) restaurant next door to the hotel was delicious and the portions were huge!

The room's soundproofing is excellent, and the service is very attentive. Facilities: All quite new. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: I personally really like the style; it all felt very comfortable.
