Atour X Hotel , Hepingli，Yonghe Palace，Beijing

The hygiene was quite good, and the hotel is located in a *hutong-like* alley. Pushing open the Atour door, the bamboo library shelves and warm yellow lighting create a welcoming ambiance, and the sweet aroma of roasted sweet potatoes in the lobby is truly enticing. The room wasn't huge, but the bedding comfort was worth the price, and the pillow options (buckwheat and memory foam) show thoughtfulness. However, I wouldn't say there were any real 'surprises' – the design is standard new Chinese minimalist, and the service is warm but with a professional, somewhat formulaic touch. It was quiet at night, and the soundproofing was decent, though I did notice some minor wear and tear in the details. Overall, it felt like a polite acquaintance who keeps a slight distance: attentive, but just enough; warm, but with some reservations. It's suitable for weary travelers needing a stopover, but don't expect too many stories.

So happy! 🎉 Took the kids to Xue Zhiqian's concert. The hotel is in Hepingli, the surroundings are very quiet, and it's not far from Yonghe Temple, about 2 kilometers. It's also about 6 kilometers from the Bird's Nest. They upgraded our room, and we had a very comfortable stay.

Arrived in Beijing by high-speed train at 6 AM, headed straight to the hotel. I thought it was too early to check in and planned to just drop off my luggage and explore until later in the afternoon. To my surprise, the front desk attendant immediately processed my check-in and even gave us complimentary breakfast. What a fantastic start to our trip! Their service attitude was top-notch 👍

Very comfortable, and the rooms are clean. I've chosen this place multiple times and am always very satisfied! 👍

Facilities: The hot water was convenient, and the toilet was clean. Hygiene: I didn't find any stray hairs or uncomfortable spots. Environment: It was quiet, located in a residential area with bird song, and got good natural light since I was on the 6th floor with an outside window. Service: They excelled in attention to detail, room upgrades, and amenity replenishment. This is my second stay here. It's also very warm in winter, and right now, on May 23rd, it just rained, so the sky is blue and the air is very clear.

The hotel's location is superb – within walking distance to Yonghe Temple and Wudaoying Hutong, and very convenient for subway travel. The service was warm and attentive; they even gave us a free room upgrade. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Plant brand mattress was incredibly good to sleep on. The most delightful surprise was the late-night congee delivery, which was both warming and comforting. Breakfast was plentiful, and for a hotel within the Second Ring Road, the value for money is outstanding. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

Stayed here for a business trip and was upgraded to a better room for free, which was a nice touch. The service was very attentive. The bedding was super comfortable. Their late-night congee is a unique highlight, and the breakfast and laundry service were excellent too. The surrounding area has everything you need, and the subway is very convenient. I'll definitely choose Atour again for my next business trip.

I was in Beijing for a few days on a solo business trip. My previous hotel had really disruptive construction noise outside, so I checked into Atour at 2 AM. The front desk staff was very patient and quickly got me checked in. The room was great – clean, tidy, and very cozy. When I was checking out, there were some issues with my invoice (my fault), but the front desk staff diligently helped me sort everything out. Excellent service! Highly recommend! The area is quiet, perfect for a good rest. It's also very convenient for getting around. On my last day, I went to the Summer Palace; the peach blossoms in Beijing were so beautiful! I had a wonderful time. See you next time!
