Clean, great service, and a nice view! It's close to everything. I'd definitely stay here again next time.

The overall environment was clean and refreshing. The staff were gentle, enthusiastic, and incredibly friendly. The food was delicious and perfectly suited my taste, and the service details were impeccable. The most thoughtful touch was the direct room service from downstairs, making my stay truly hassle-free and comfortable. 👍

This was truly a perfect stay! Every staff member was polite and responsible. The room was clean, tidy, and odor-free. Most importantly, the hotel's decor beautifully showcased Shanxi culture. The complimentary water and tea, along with all the services, perfectly met my expectations and standards. Plus, dining at the restaurant downstairs gives you a 12% discount, and the food is absolutely delicious. I really love Shanxi cuisine! The hotel's location is also superb, making it easy to get anywhere. It's incredibly well-connected, whether you're heading to Qianmen, Tiananmen, or various spots near the Second and Third Ring Roads, and it's right next to the subway and bus stops. I definitely want to come back to such a great hotel. Next time I'm in Beijing, I'll be sure to stay here again!

Seriously misled by the reviews here. The room was awful. For this price, I could have stayed at Atour or Four Seasons. One-star review.

The room was spotless and spacious. The smart controls for the appliances were really convenient. Traveling with my parents, the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a huge plus – no waiting around for each other. And the breakfast was especially great, very plentiful. My parents were very happy with it!

Facilities: Excellent. The service was exceptionally warm and attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean.
