The hotel is clean. Staff help me everything i want. Good service and kind. You also got a lot of free water. Have laundry room to wash.

The hotel boasts a central Beijing location, with a subway station just a 900-meter walk away and a bus stop 700 meters away. Although it's situated in an alley, getting a DiDi (ride-sharing service) to find us was always very convenient. The front desk staff were warm and professional. The restaurant was clean, and the service was enthusiastic, plus the chef's breakfast was excellent. A cool feature was that all food deliveries were brought right to our door by a robot. My four-night stay was very enjoyable overall.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights, overall was good. There was free coffee/tea and water available at a reception which was nice. But cleaning should be improved. There were visible stains on the sofa. Besides, the strong cigarette smell from the ventilation was coming through which was not nice.

I just checked out from Super 8 Hotel and was very pleasantly surprised. The room was very spacious and completely smoke-free, which made the stay even more comfortable. Even though the hotel only has two floors, I didn’t hear any noise from outside at all – it was nice and quiet. There’s a 7-Eleven right in front of the hotel, which made grabbing snacks or quick essentials super convenient. While the hotel staff may not speak English fluently, they were very kind and did their best to communicate using a translator device. I really appreciated their effort and hospitality. Overall, it was a great stay for the price – comfortable, quiet, and convenient. I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a good place to stay in the area.

The hotel is near sanlitun with a 17 mins walk which is very convenient for me but i got bedbugs bite after a 3 night stays in the hotel, hopefully they can improve on their cleanliness and hygiene issues

My stay was pleasant, and the front desk staff were very friendly. It was very convenient that there was a 7-Eleven across the street from the hotel.

Nice location for traveling in Beijing . Only 35 minutes from Beijing Airport . All commodities are well . Warm welcome . The thing I don't like is; The room smells so bad from cigarettes. It doesn't have any windows here in my room so there's no air circulation. I coughed all night because I inhale too much cigarettes smoke. Bathroom front door is blurry mirror .

The hostel is really nice but a little bit far away from metro ( Dongzhimen station Exit C ) but you can ride the bike to the hotel (good experience) All staffs are so good and nice. The breakfast is so amazing. Nearby 711. Beds are so comfy. ❤️

The hotel was fantastic. Clean & used service robot. The staff were very friendly, inspite of none of them not knowing English at all. They tried using translators & were very proactive. The place is around 1km walk from Dongsi Shitao Exit B. Remember exit B. Any other exit, you need to walk a hell lot more. The place is in a high class residential area Sanlitun, and has many shopping malls/ bars & pubs nearby. Breakfast had many more vegetarian, chicken & continental options compared to many other Chinese hotels, which had predominantly Chinese, Beef & Pork. And yea, breakfast tasted fantastic!

The room size is ok for one person but I prefer a more squarish table for eating. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The nearest metro station is a bit far but still ok. There are many eateries nearby and a 7-11 opposite the hotel.

Lovely room. I enjoyed my stay. Some wee Ultra long-lasting milk capsules in room would be good as well as extra tea bags. Plenty of water and snacks available which was nice. There was no facility in room or at reception to cook or reheat your food as advertised on Trip.com however when I bought a frozen product for my dinner the receptionist kindly got the hotels kitchen to cook them for me free of charge which was appreciated. No instructions for room or wifi operation was given in English. This would have been very helpful. Handy to Dongzihem station which was great for transport to airport and attractions. Not many lower end budget shops in the area for goods but plenty of food options
