The staff here really went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Two guys at the reception were incredibly kind one even lent me his power bank, and they both helped me with printing and scanning documents. They were always ready to assist with whatever I needed, including helping me with laundry. That said, the rooms could use some improvement. The building is older, and while the cleaning staff are clearly working hard, a more thorough clean would make a big difference. It might also be time for some updates maybe removing the old wallpaper and repainting the furniture would give the place a fresher feel. Overall, great service, but the rooms could benefit from some attention.

There's a woman wearing glasses at the front desk with a terrible service attitude. I spoke to her twice, and each time I said hello first, she frowned and listened to you impatiently.
