Five stars, full marks! The room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, thoughtful, and polite. My stay was super comfortable, I highly recommend it!

I visited once before, last year, and it was fine. But this year, the experience was terrible. The breakfast was a complete mess; coming down around 8 AM daily, there was basically nothing left. The service attitude was stiff and unfriendly.

The room was spacious and very clean, with a great view and excellent soundproofing. The large bathtub facing an unobstructed view was incredibly relaxing, making it a perfect choice for a staycation with kids. The breakfast waffles and roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) were surprisingly delicious, and the Tonkotsu ramen was also very good. The gym facilities were decent, and there was a good selection of TV shows and movies to watch. The service was warm and welcoming. The only downside was the Executive Lounge – the food selection was quite limited, so I wouldn't really recommend it. However, since there aren't many restaurants nearby, it's not a bad option if you don't want to venture out. After a late check-out, having coffee and dessert in the lobby downstairs was a nice touch. The entire hotel was very quiet and not crowded, which made for a great experience. Definitely worth a good review!

My top choice for business trips! The hotel is conveniently located, very close to where I needed to be. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, and the WiFi was fast and stable, so I could work without any interruptions. The breakfast was rich and nutritious, perfect for a quick energy boost. The check-out process was also very efficient. It's incredibly friendly for business travelers, highly recommended!

The environment was quiet and the bedding was comfortable, so I slept really well. The soundproofing was excellent, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a wide view. The bathtub was very comfortable for a soak. The hygiene was great, and the hotel facilities were comprehensive. Any time we needed help, the staff responded quickly and were very good. The front desk lady, Liana, was friendly and kind. Next time I need a place, this will be my first choice. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Both the bedding and the bathroom were spotless. Environment: Beautiful surroundings. At night, we could see a brightly lit bridge nearby, which was lovely. We stayed here after a hot spring visit, and the next day, we easily went to Xiangyun Town – everything was very convenient and close by. Service: We arrived quite late, but the front desk lady was still professional and patient. She provided a lot of helpful assistance based on our needs. Really, really nice!
