The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the university campus, with convenient dining and shopping nearby. The environment is clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, assisting with storing my packages in advance. The hotel also thoughtfully provided free luggage transport for new students. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit.

This is my third time staying at Atour, and it's consistently a high-quality hotel experience. Service: The staff's attitude is, as always, exceptionally good. They feel very 'human' and genuinely think from the guest's perspective, especially when assigning rooms. They proactively inform guests about room conditions, ensuring no subpar rooms are assigned. Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness is excellent. Both the sheets and towels have a faint, reassuring scent of disinfectant. They even provide disinfectant wipes next to the smart toilet, which is a thoughtful touch. Facilities: The entire room is smart-enabled. The TV has screen mirroring, there's a mini-fridge, and the hairdryer is a high-speed one.

The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and I actually woke up without a backache for once. The service was also very patient, the room was clean, and the breakfast was decent, especially the delicious soy milk. Even when I went down at 9:35 AM, the staff patiently cooked noodles for me. I didn't give full marks for the environment because when I first entered the room, there was a strong smell. I opened the window to air it out, and unfortunately, a mosquito flew in, which buzzed around and kept me awake until 3 AM until I finally found and eliminated it.

We stayed here during my child's college entrance exams, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. To help students with their exams, they served breakfast early and offered hot congee in the evenings. Thanks to their attentive service, everything went smoothly during the exam period without any hitches.

A returning guest here. The room is clean and tidy, and the front desk service is excellent. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. It's my first choice when I visit Changping. Highly recommend it, the service attitude is just superb.

The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright with convenient facilities. The service is exceptional, very warm and efficient; they basically meet every request. The main advantage is the affordable price, and parking is super easy with a very large parking lot. Highly recommend!!!!
