We had an excellent stay here and would gladly return. The host was genuinely one of the most thoughtful and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered. We had our luggage delivered from our previous destination and she not only received it for us but also paid the delivery fee first and brought everything directly into our room before we arrived. After a full travel day, this level of care made a big difference. Communication was consistently fast and helpful. Every message was responded to quickly with clear information, which made everything very easy and stress-free. She was supportive without being intrusive, which we appreciated. The room was comfortable and well-equipped. The bedding was soft and cozy, the heating worked perfectly in the cold weather, and the towels were thick and good quality. Having a washing machine in the room was very convenient, and detergent was already provided. The room had a nice view facing the Sanlitun area, which made the stay feel calm. It was also only an 8 to 10 minute walk to Sanlitun SOHO, and just about one minute to the Stadium Workers subway station, which made getting around very convenient. This was one of our best homestay experiences in Beijing. Thoughtful host, comfortable room, great location, and genuine hospitality. Highly recommend.

The guesthouse is in a fantastic location, and it's spotlessly clean with a great ambiance. It was a pleasant surprise to get such a wonderful stay for the price. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Beijing!

The room was exceptionally clean. The staff were incredibly patient and helpful, especially with my child, patiently answering all my questions about things to do nearby. The location was fantastic for both shopping and dining. I especially want to commend the small restaurant's beef pancake; it was incredibly crispy with a generous amount of meat. And the mixed tofu with century eggs was also absolutely delicious. Afterward, I visited a nearby jewelry store and bought a beautiful ring with a delicate setting. I will definitely come back to stay here again whenever I have the chance.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the subway station entrance. It's incredibly convenient for exploring as many attractions are directly accessible by subway. The room is well-equipped, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. There's even a balcony perfect for enjoying afternoon tea, which made the stay very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Located right by the subway exit, Sanlitun is only a short walk away. It being summer, I visited Sanlitun and was quite impressed by the vibrant crowd and fashion scene there – truly a spectacle! Haha! Getting around to other attractions is also very easy. The guesthouse's amenities and atmosphere are excellent, truly great value for money. The bathroom was spotless, which is saying something for a clean freak like me. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Beijing!

Comfortable stay with clean room. Owner will check if we need daily cleaning and auntie will come when needed to. Intitally we had issues as we were not able to instal wechat, managed to get help from our peevious hotel and communication is via Alipay. Instruction of location is clear.

I stayed at this apartment hotel with my family (6) and it was a truly enjoyable experience. The location was fantastic, offering easy access to subway station (workers stadium) and making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. The staff was consistently in touch withme via wechat, always friendly, helpful, and eager to assist with any requests. From check-in to check-out, their professionalism truly stood out. The amenities were sufficient enough. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing haven after a day of sightseeing. The bed was plush, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like the ample space and view from balcony. The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was cleanliness, which was about average. While certainly not dirty, some areas felt like they could have benefited from a more thorough cleaning. This didn't significantly detract from our overall positive experience, but it was noticeable.

We love the view from our window. It is very spacious for 2 adults, 3 teens. The owner was very helpful.. He responded all of our questions and sent all the details about the apartment via Wechat. Asked what time the housekeeper could come to tidy up the room. The amenities provided were abundance. The location was just 3 minutes walking from Workers Stadium subway, and made it convenient to move around the city. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Best location! This apartment was perfect for our embassy appointment trip and it’s near so many restaurants and shops in Sanlitun. It’s very clean, bed / pillows were confortable, and very well equipped. Host was so accommodating and kind. Will definitely stay here again.

We most facilities close to the homestay and easy to find a Muslim Halal Food restaurant nearby. It is also accessible to Muslim Halal Street at Niue Ja and market as well as tourists spots. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Communication through WeChat, new bottles of water delivered each day. Kitchen space is not really usable as there are no pots/pans or utensils.

Nicely decorated apartment with balcony and good views. Great building with all services you would need. Very professional cleaning services. Very well located in Sanlitun, the liveliest area in Beijing. Highly recommended!

Excellent apartment to stay a few days. Near the metro station, only 50 meters away if take the B exit at the Worker Stadium stop. Convenient location where many restaurants just one block away. Also a large supermarket next street. The apartment is super clean, with good air conditioning and fast wifi. We had a large room that feel very comfortable. The washing machine is convenient in the apartment. The host is helpful and respond to requests on Wechat.
