I've been a loyal customer for over ten years, and I usually go for the cabins. This time, I stayed in the private hot spring VIP room, which had a huge yard and was very comfortable. My dog had a great time too! Soaking in a hot spring in this summer heat was definitely a unique experience! The only downside was a few too many mosquitoes, haha. There are plenty of places to explore nearby, and many people come specifically for camping. It was a bit too hot to do much this time, but I'll definitely be back in the fall to properly explore the surroundings.

The hotel's design is excellent, featuring private courtyards and hot springs. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. Special commendation goes to Butler Brown, whose 24-hour service was exceptionally thorough and professional. The dining options are also great; the hotel offers a buffet, and there's also a German restaurant within the scenic area, both with delicious food. The hotel also provided a complimentary pass for attractions, and my kids enjoyed them all, wishing they could stay longer. Highly recommended!

It's especially suitable for families with young babies looking to relax and get away. This stay, I absolutely have to give a huge shout-out to our butler, Brown. He was attentive and thoughtful throughout our entire stay, paying close attention to every detail, and resolved all the issues we encountered traveling with our three-month-old baby! We had a ton of baby gear with us. As soon as we checked in, Butler Brown helped us upgrade our room and kindly pushed a luggage cart, delivering all our numerous bags directly to the room. He had already prepared a lovely and cute crib for us, complete with a mattress, a small pillow, and a tiny blanket, so we didn't need to bring anything ourselves – it was incredibly convenient. After checking in, he even surprised us with complimentary drinks, nuts, and various snacks. Throughout our stay, Brown was very attentive, often messaging us to ask if we needed anything and reminding us about breakfast times in advance. He really thought of everything. What touched us the most was when our baby needed to be fed at 12 PM. After understanding our situation, Brown proactively helped us apply for a late checkout, so we didn't have to rush to pack and leave. This was a huge convenience for families with young infants. Butler Brown is professional yet gentle, observant, and incredibly considerate in every aspect. This stay far exceeded our expectations, all thanks to Brown's meticulous and thoughtful service. I've already recommended Jingzhihu Hotel and Butler Brown to all my friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The hotel is clean and tidy, and the resort environment is beautiful. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel is delicious, and I highly recommend the sour and spicy black fish soup. A hidden gem for a getaway just outside Beijing! Jingzhi Lake boasts stunning mountain and lake views. The private hot spring courtyard offers ultimate privacy, and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The resort is quiet and therapeutic, a perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle. A truly fantastic holiday experience.

The hotel assigned us a butler, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet was incredibly rich and varied. At Tuotuo Bay, you can catch fish in a jar – it would be even better if you could grill them right after catching! The hotel organized a wide array of activities. For example, the 'Bug Patrol' activity took us into Air-Raid Shelter No. 67 to catch insects. They also prepared a very engaging presentation (PPT) for us. Before making butterfly specimens, they seized the opportunity to impart a lot of insect knowledge to the children. [Complimentary Hot Spring Ticket] Jingzhihu Hot Spring Center Single Ticket: The hot spring offers free Hami melons, cherry tomatoes, and oranges. Swimsuits are a bit expensive, so remember to bring your own or order delivery.

Convenient access to the ski resort, smooth ski equipment rental, and excellent service for meals and breaks. After skiing, we went straight to the hot spring, enjoying the snow from the water. The kids had a blast playing in the snow in their swimsuits. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We'll definitely come back for skiing!

Had a great time experiencing both the hot springs and skiing! Our butler was very welcoming and even added an extra breakfast for us. A really nice experience.

The room size was adequate, and the 1.4-meter bed was perfect for a family of four. The heating worked well, but it became a bit insufficient in the early morning hours, making it slightly chilly. I suggest the hotel build an indoor pathway directly to the hot spring. This would make it much more convenient for guests, especially those with children, as they wouldn't have to carry so many things.

This time we stayed in a one-bedroom cabin. As soon as we arrived, a butler contacted us to help with directions, carried our luggage, and after showing us to our little yard, thoughtfully explained all the facilities. A special thanks to our butler, Brown! He responded promptly to every request we had. Finally, he even let us check out three hours late. It was truly a perfect experience. We'll definitely come back!

We bought a weekday package including hotel, skiing, and hot springs, which was a great deal. The ski instructors were excellent, and the hotel breakfast was really good – they even had lamb offal soup! 👍🏻 There was a good mix of Chinese and Western options. Overall, I was very satisfied. The hot springs are open 24 hours with unlimited access, so after skiing in the afternoon, we could enjoy the hot springs in the evening, and even go back for another soak after waking up the next day. My child fell in love with skiing on their first try!
