I hadn't paid much attention to Atour before, but I needed a hotel near Panjiayuan subway station. After looking at three options, I finally chose this one. **Pros:** 1. **Spacious and Clean Room:** The room was spacious and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the pressure-relieving pillow was particularly nice. It also had electric curtains. 2. **Thoughtful Amenities:** The hotel provided drip coffee and tea bags. Disposable cups, bathrobes, and towels were all hygienically sealed. Toiletries and slippers were also available. The bathmat in the wash area and the one in the shower were both very clean. 3. **Excellent Hot Water:** The hot water was very hot and easy to adjust. 4. **Clean Restaurant and Great Breakfast:** The restaurant was clean, and the breakfast offered a rich variety of items. The food quality was good, and they even had freshly made noodles and wontons. 5. **Thoughtful Departure Gift:** Upon checking out, they gave me a farewell gift with wet and dry wipes, snacks, water, and a small fridge magnet. This was a really nice touch. Additionally, the hotel has a gym and a laundry room. **Suggestions:** 1. It would be helpful to add a luggage rack next to the TV to make it easier to open and access items from suitcases. 2. The soundproofing isn't great; it was a bit noisy from the next room and the corridor at night.

It's very close to Panjiayuan, less than a 10-minute walk. The breakfast at the Nanmen Zha Jiang Mian restaurant by the north gate is absolutely delicious. I'll definitely stay here again next time. I didn't try the hotel's breakfast, but I used the laundry room and they delivered my clean clothes to my room.

I came to Beijing with my friends during the Mid-Autumn Festival and booked this hotel. The location is convenient, right next to the subway, and I could also explore Panjiayuan Market at night. The room was clean and tidy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

It was a great stay in Beijing at this lovely hotel! Some robots are unfriendly especially when cutting you off exiting the elevator but the humans are simply lovely…one of the best levels of service and kindness👏 The only thing Id mention for imptovement: there was some noise early morning coming either from upstairs or the service room next to 1226 and that woke me up early 🥲

Room 1010. I couldn't sleep all night because of a regular thumping sound from upstairs, every hour on the dot. I think it might have been from an equipment room, but I'm not sure – it didn't sound like something a normal person would be doing. My nerves were definitely shot from the lack of sleep. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I'd still recommend it.

The front desk staff member was excellent! Seeing that I was traveling alone, he kindly changed my room (as I didn't want the last room on the hall) and even upgraded me to a room with a floor-to-ceiling window. All the drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary, and the honey black tea was really good. When I checked out, he even gave me some souvenir tea bags. It was my first time receiving a souvenir gift, haha!
