Best of the best hotel services. Even though hotel staffs in China is already very friendly, Yifei Guomao staff really went out of the way to make our stay a happy memory. We book a total of 8 rooms for 3-4 nights and completely happy with the decision.
Ms. Xiao Wu is 100% recommended!!! I hope we have staffs like her everywhere we travel.

Was here for a full week. There was no laundry facilities (available in some other locations) here. There was also no gym. Breakfast was miserable with the same limited selections week after week. Only thing good was that breakfast was until 12 pm. The water flow from the shower head was small and took a long time to get hot water. There was no temperature control for the Japanese toilette. The coffee machine in the room was a saving grace. Won’t be coming back here again.

Good service with staff try hard for helping us with leaving my luggages for before checkin day and come back for the book day. Good services with cleaning room everyday and renew drink and water. And easy to call didi taxi this hotel recommend to use didi because I was go on January and it was so much freezing cannot walk for long. Everything go next time still choose this hotel for stay in Beijing.

The hotel location is good. However, the room is not quite. It starts to having someone singing Karaoke from 10:30pm. The ceiling have some colour difference on the paint. Looks like it has water leaked before. My husband doesn't like that there is no partition from the toilet to the bedroom. He couldn't have a private time while toileting or dressing up from shower.

We spent a total of 7 nights here and our entire stay in this hotel was splendid. The manager YaMi was very polite and cordial, she waited for us to arrive from the airport, it was past midnight, just to show us to our room. The other guy in the team was also very helpful and even went to great lengths searching for my parcels from the guard house to the building where the hotel is located to make sure that I have all my parcels in my hands. I wasn’t expecting such sincere assistance, the effort was above and beyond a basic customer service.
Our room was clean, comes with free mini bar and equipped with Dyson hairdryer which is such a great convenience as I have long thick hair. The hotel is in a quiet embassy area, surrounded by a lot of eateries ranging from local Beijing eats to international cuisines. The restaurant below serves good peking duck, has great ambience and there is no need to queue. Transportation by DiDi is very convenient.
I would have rated more if this app allows 🤣🤣🤣

Good Service and excellent cleanliness. Some improvement would be the breakfast choices and also install some hooks for guest to hang clothes etc. the hotel staffs listened to our suggestions and said would be doing so.
