Facilities: They have a washing machine, laundry detergent, and a dryer. Cleanliness: It's a new hotel, so it's very clean. Service: The guy at the front desk was super nice and even lent us a charger. The service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Hygiene: There are obvious yellow stains on the quilt, which are suspected to be fecal prints. I contacted the front desk and was told that there were no other rooms to change rooms. It was almost 11 o'clock in the evening. They said they would change the quilt, but it took an hour to change it, which seriously affected my rest. There was no compensation for the follow-up, and they didn't even contact me to apologize. I couldn't contact the front desk again within the hour they said they would change the quilt. There was also a peculiar smell in the room. It was really disgusting. Finally, Ctrip platform came forward to mediate and communicate, but the hotel was unwilling to compensate a penny, and didn't even call to apologize. Service: It's understandable that there are no other rooms to change in the middle of the night. Changing the quilt made me and my girlfriend spend an hour in the middle of the night. Anyway, I was eventually given a room change. Travelers, please avoid it. I saw that the good reviews in the comment section are probably fake. They are really rubbish! ! ! ! ! ! !

I haven't stayed in such an unsafe hotel in more than a decade. The stay experience was extremely bad. I was sleeping in the room in the morning, and suddenly someone swiped the room card and broke in. I was scared and screamed; at night, I was watching short videos on my phone in the room, and the security guard knocked on the door many times in the middle of the night for no reason; I stayed for 4 days and only changed the sheets once, without taking the initiative to explain, and never changed the sheets.
