They even gave me a small cake for my birthday! The room wasn't huge but the view was absolutely stunning. The guest services department was incredibly patient and communicative throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out. A special thanks to Grace for her helpful answers. I had a very comfortable stay.

A very satisfying stay. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the World Trade Center, making getting around very convenient. The decor is beautiful, and the environment is pleasant. Room hygiene was impeccable, clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The facilities are comprehensive; although not new, they are well-maintained, with a gym, swimming pool, and spa all available. The staff's service was prompt and attentive to detail. Especially Cedric, Evey, and Cloe, who were professional, diligent, enthusiastic, polite, and kind-hearted, actively striving to meet guest needs and create a pleasant and satisfying experience. They truly represent the Rosewood brand image. I would choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Upon check-in, they even surprised me with a birthday cake, adding a wonderful touch to the occasion. The check-in process was efficient, the service was attentive and thoughtful, and responses were prompt. The hotel's environment and facilities are top-notch, and you can truly feel how dedicated the team is to their guests. I had a very pleasant birthday stay, and I will definitely choose Rosewood again on my next visit to Beijing. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in the Guomao Center, very close to the subway entrance, making travel incredibly convenient. Although the facilities aren't brand new, they are well-maintained. The decor is beautiful, the environment is elegant, and the rooms are clean and hygienic. What truly deserves praise is the service. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick and efficient. Special mention goes to Cedric, who was friendly, polite, professional, and attentive to guests' needs, always putting their best interests first. He is truly trustworthy. His hospitality made this stay at Rosewood even more perfect. I highly recommend everyone to experience this hotel.

The complimentary fruit, small cakes, and exquisite toiletry bag were all very warm gestures. The service is fantastic! I'll definitely stay here again! Great hotel in terms of facilities and services for staying in the city. The area is very busy, so you need to factor in travel time. The mattress, however, was not up to the standard of the rest of the establishment.

I booked a twin room and was pleasantly surprised to find it also had a living room. The room was spacious enough, and the hotel prepared welcome snacks and fruits in advance, which were refreshed daily. Knowing it was our anniversary, they even thoughtfully prepared a small card.

Absolutely love Rosewood! Every detail is meticulously handled. For example, the children's bed comes with a small latex pillow, the extra bed is very sturdy, and there's turn-down service every evening (curtains drawn, trash changed, clothes folded, bed runner laid out, etc.). Although the hotel is a bit older, it's very well-maintained, and the staff are all incredibly attentive. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, the quality is excellent! After a few days of sightseeing in Beijing and being quite taken aback by the tourist environment in the capital, it was only when I returned to the hotel that I truly felt at home! Huge shoutout to Rosewood! Everyone should stay here!!
