Try book a room with windows and your stay could be happier. I wish I did took their paid upgrade offer at the front desk. Though they tried their best to make the fake window more artistic and tolerable. TBH I am not a fan of smart home control as you have to adjust AC by talking through a device. The room is small, like what I booked in Tokyo. The air quality could be improved if they allow AC to be pre-conditioned before check in.

The hotel's location is super convenient, with lots of great food options downstairs and all around. The hotel's team leader, front desk, and cleaning staff were all incredibly warm and welcoming. I had a small issue with my booking, and the team leader actively helped us sort it out, showing real professionalism. I was very satisfied and ended up extending my stay for another day.

The service attitude was quite poor; questions were met with obvious impatience. When my takeout arrived, they said a robot would deliver it. The first time, it was ignored, and the second time, even after I called, it still hadn't been delivered after 20 minutes. I had to go to the front desk to chase it up.
