Roommate had way too much stuff, filled the whole room. Bathrooms were a bit nasty in the evening. Clean in the morning. Woman at desk was very nice, did not speak English, but cooperative.

The room was spotless, and the sheets were crisp, but the restroom was often out of toilet paper. The room had individual climate control, and their conditioning was spot on in the summer. Other than that, it offered free laundry with a washer and dryer system, and the front desk had slippers, water bottles, and amenity kits to purchase if you’d like. The location is super convenient to eating places since basically the whole bottom floor is a bunch of restaurants, including a variety of Chinese restaurants, a convenience store, and then of course the regulars like Yoshinoya, Kentucky Fried Chicken and McDonald’s.

Very small but cheap and comfortable, great location for tsinghua university, clean, friendly staff. Recommend earplugs cause the walls are thin, but I managed to sleep well.

Room is clean and bathroom cleaned daily. Easy to check in and out of hotel
