The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel is very close to the subway and shopping malls, and there are plenty of food options nearby, including Ziguan Garden right next door (always saw a line there). The housekeeping staff, especially the 'auntie' who cleaned our room, was wonderful and always willing to help. The customer service staff were also very friendly and patient. I would definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit the capital!

Overall, just terrible! I've stayed at many Atour hotels across the country, and this one is by far the worst! The business room had a tiny window! The pillows were awful! And these were supposed to be for 'deep sleep'! They were hard and thick, extremely uncomfortable! As I was checking out, I used the restroom on the first floor twice, and the staff seemed very impatient with me, which was really frustrating. For a room costing over 800 yuan, it was tiny, tiny, with a window that was barely half-sized. Just look at it!
