The room was very clean, and the lady at the front desk was incredibly nice. Laundry facilities were super convenient, right next to the front desk. It's really close to the subway station, making transportation a breeze. I'll definitely choose Button Hotel again next time I'm in town! 😍

The hotel was great! We stayed here while on a trip with my parents and kids. It has a parking lot, though the road leading to it is quite narrow and a bit tricky to navigate. However, the room was very quiet, the location was super convenient, and it was easy to get food delivered from outside the hotel.

I initially booked one night, and it was decent, so I extended for four more nights. However, the room was never cleaned at all. The cleaning lady's excuses: 'I saw your clothes on the bed, so I didn't make it for two days because I was afraid you still wanted to eat your leftovers, so I didn't throw them away. We don't throw away used disposable slippers.' Even the hair in the bathroom wasn't swept up. ??? After I complained, all they did was add a roll of toilet paper to the bathroom and change the bath mat. The entire room was not cleaned *at all*! The floor clearly showed slipper marks, and when I returned to my room at 11 PM, the takeout box from 11 AM that morning was still on the table. After I reported it again, a cleaning lady came in the middle of the night to throw away the trash (the four pictures show how the room looked *after* the night shift cleaning). No one asked me what needed cleaning or not—it was pure sophistry. I hope the hotel doesn't let down repeat customers. Hygiene: Poor Service: Cleaning is exceptionally poor

Had a really good experience here. The place was clean, and the environment was pretty nice too. The price was affordable and acceptable. Overall, it was great! Definitely recommend this place to stay.

The room isn't huge, but each one comes with its own private small courtyard outside the window, which is a nice touch. Most importantly, it's incredibly close to the visa center, just a few minutes' walk away.

VERY GOOD: THERE IS A VERY CUTE HOTEL CAT!!!! This is worth staying at the hotel for 👍 good: clean rooms, comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff, good for mid/long stays as there is a washer & dryer, quiet, fairly accessible location, affordable okay: not many food places within walking distance (＜5min), so you would mostly have to order delivery. but not a major issue
