Hilton Garden Inn Beijing Guomao

For this short trip to Beijing, we chose the Hilton Hotel in the CBD area. The surrounding transportation, shopping, and the attitude of the staff inside all exceeded my previous perception of service in Beijing. Very nice.

The hotel's location and environment are excellent; it's quiet and well-equipped. The lobby decor is very pleasant, and the front desk service is warm and meticulous, especially Carter at the front desk. I feel it's on par with Conrad or other Hilton brands. The room is very clean, and the housekeeping staff are very enthusiastic. Because of the hot weather, they proactively provided extra bottled water for my room. Highly recommended!

Big thumbs up! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was really clean with great attention to detail. The front desk staff were very welcoming, especially Vivian who provided excellent service. The room even had a smart toilet, and the hotel uses robots to deliver takeout, which is a really cool high-tech touch!

The environment is great, very clean, and the location is excellent. The staff are all very enthusiastic, especially the auntie at the noodle station in the breakfast area, who was so thoughtful she even cooked the noodles softer for my child! Definitely a recommended hotel.

Overall, my stay exceeded expectations! The room was clean with no strange odors, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was also very good. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and check-in was quick. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers great value for money. Highly recommended!
