Big shout-out to the front office team! Their service was incredibly warm and genuine, not just going through the motions. Manager Sunny proactively helped me sort out a travel issue, showing great efficiency and a wonderful attitude. It made my stay so comfortable and worry-free. This hotel's front office team is truly a hidden gem!

I had a great experience with the hotel staff throughout my stay. They were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. We were assisted with an early check-in upon arriving in the early morning and were even offered a complimentary room upgrade. The staff were always quick to help with any requests. Deliveries from ******* were conveniently sent to the room via a robot, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. They also guided me to the Taobao parcel rack to collect my deliveries. Highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again on my future trips to Beijing.

The hotel service was excellent, and the location was convenient, just a 10-minute drive to Guomao, making it ideal for business trips. This was the worst Hilton I've ever stayed at. After checking in, I actually thought I'd mistakenly entered a fake Hilton. It felt like a low-end, quick-stay motel. There wasn't even a doorman at the entrance, the restaurant was tiny, and the food quality was really poor. On top of that, the service attitude was just mediocre. If the hardware is subpar, the service should compensate, but that wasn't the case. The cleanliness was bad, with many overlooked spots. Ctrip listing it as newly opened is deceptive to consumers, and that's not right.
