Hampton by Hilton is really great. I often stay here for business trips. The front desk processes check-ins very quickly, and the service is excellent. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and the environment is very pleasant. The rooms are clean and tidy, the pillows are comfortable, and the hot water is excellent. The linens and bedding are also very comfortable. The location is convenient and the facilities are complete. It's definitely worth a visit!

Fantastic hotel! The front desk service was excellent, very thoughtful and welcoming. The breakfast was rich, delicious, and offered a great variety. Our room was spotless and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower was fantastic with instant hot water. It's not far from the subway station, and taxis are easily accessible. The facilities are comprehensive, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommend!

The rooms are new and the staff are all very friendly. After discussing it with the front desk, they kindly provided free breakfast for my two children, and the breakfast spread was extensive. There are many dining options near the hotel, but it's a bit far from the subway station, so it's more convenient to travel by taxi.

The environment was okay, but I have a few complaints. First, the sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. The gaps on both sides were so large that clothes fell in and we didn't even notice until later, costing us extra to ship them back. Second, on our last day, after they finished repairing the air conditioner, they didn't turn on the main unit. We were exhausted from sightseeing and just went to sleep after turning on what we thought was the AC. We woke up with both my child and I having caught colds from the draft. I reported it to the front desk, but their response was slow. When someone finally came the second time, they just insisted it was on heating mode. We kept saying there was a problem, and it took the engineering department half a day to look at it, only to find they hadn't turned on the main unit. Seriously, isn't that ridiculous? Getting blasted with cold air for half a day in Beijing in the middle of winter. Speechless.
