QIANNA HOTEL (Houhai Gulou Street Subway Station Branch)

Service: The staff were all very welcoming. There's a free stamp-collecting station in the first-floor lobby, with Beijing red stamp books available for 35 RMB each—you can stamp whatever you like. Environment: The overall vibe is very cozy and comfortable. The breakfast has a huge variety, including fruits (apples, bananas, cantaloupe, watermelon, oranges, and tomatoes), yogurt, hot milk, hot soy milk, staples, bread, congee, desserts (fermented glutinous rice soup with sweet rice balls), as well as cold and hot dishes. Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy. Facilities: The showerhead has strong, concentrated water pressure, the toilet has a powerful flush (and is auto-flushing), and the room's AC is exceptionally cold and efficient. Getting a taxi right at the alley entrance is very convenient. Turn right upon exiting the hotel, and you'll reach the subway station in about 10 minutes max. You can also walk to the Drum and Bell Towers (from there, you can easily walk to Shichahai Scenic Area, Houhai, Yandai斜街 [Yandai 斜街], and the Former Residence of Soong Ching-ling).

The hotel's location is super convenient, with many hutongs within walking distance, making it easy to explore. Plus, there are lots of trees around, so it doesn't get too hot, which is a big plus! 👍 The only issue is that it can be a bit noisy at night due to car sounds. Other than that, everything else was perfect! 👍

Attentive service and a quite pleasant environment. It's very close to the subway station with convenient transportation. It was a great choice for this trip, and I will definitely stay here again next time!

The hotel has a great location and is very convenient for getting around. It's relatively new. Although the room is not very big, the bathroom has a nice separation of wet and dry areas. There is an on-site restaurant which is convenient for a quick bite.

The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters from Gulou subway station, with plenty of great food options nearby. I had breakfast at the hotel on my last morning and it was pretty good. Considering the price, it's a hotel with excellent value for money.

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were all very friendly. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to visit various attractions. The breakfast and à la carte dishes were quite good. I even made my own crystal bracelet DIY on a whim. Overall, the experience was fantastic!

I really liked the small courtyard, perfect for enjoying breakfast. It's super close to Shichahai, only about 800 meters on foot. The service was good too. Overall, I had a positive impression and would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! We originally booked two nights, but ended up extending for another night. It's only 200 meters from the subway station – just a right turn out the door. Getting to the National Museum or the Forbidden City is only about four or five stops away! For a city like Beijing with its notorious traffic, having this subway entrance so close is a perfect 10! The only minor complaint is that the room was a bit small, but everything else was flawless. At check-out, they even gave us a fridge magnet and a calming aromatherapy sachet, which was a really thoughtful touch. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends next time.

The location is excellent! It's just two subway stops north of Beijing North Station to Gulou Dajie, and the hotel is only about two or three minutes' walk from the subway station. It's incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room might be a bit tight for a large suitcase, but since we were on a business trip with minimal luggage, it was perfectly fine. Our sleep wasn't disturbed at all. Furthermore, the hotel provides a full range of services and amenities, and you can even order stir-fried dishes. The barbecue nearby is also delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing!
