Beijing Zhonghe Hotel

The hotel is quite new, and the floor-to-ceiling windows are beautiful. Everything in the room was very clean. The only downside was the breakfast variety – it was really limited, especially for the price. Honestly, a Huazhu hotel would offer more. In the hot food section, there were only a few green vegetable stir-fries, noodles, and pancakes, and that was it.

Clean and hygienic, with a luxurious and comfortable environment. The service attitude is excellent.

Hotel Pros: 1. The rooms are very spacious, and all the facilities are brand new. 2. The hotel breakfast is good. 3. The hotel staff are quite enthusiastic. Hotel Cons: 1. Since it's newly renovated, there's still a smell of wood. 2. The water in some rooms was not clean; the staff said it was due to pipe cleaning. 3. There were small bugs in the bedroom bed. They changed our room, which solved the problem, so it was probably an isolated incident. 4. Getting a taxi is inconvenient, as drivers have trouble finding the location. 5. The staff seemed understaffed, giving the impression they were overwhelmed. Overall, I feel the hotel is still in its development phase. Everything needs to improve further to match its luxurious decor.

The room was clean, the facilities were well-maintained and fully equipped. The overall environment was great, offering excellent value for money, and the service experience was very good.

Service: Upon arrival, I saw a 'Golden Key' concierge, providing top-tier, high-end concierge service. A special thanks to Joe, the 'Golden Key' concierge, for his professional and warm service! The hotel service team was also excellent.

The front desk and room service staff were exceptional. The room was spotless with great natural light, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was bountiful, and the dining environment was superb. I highly recommend this hotel, it's fantastic! A huge thumbs up to this place! 👍🏻

The hygiene and overall environment were clean and tidy. First-time visitors might have trouble finding their way, so some guidance is definitely needed. As soon as our car pulled up, a staff member immediately came out to open the car door and help with our luggage, which left a great impression. The manager who greeted us upon arrival, Cui Chaoyang, was very kind and pleasant. If you need anything, you can ask for him. The service truly exceeded our expectations.

The location is quite remote. Also, they only provided drinks on the first day, saying they wouldn't on subsequent days. There were a lot of chefs, but not much variety in the food. You couldn't take breakfast upstairs, and if you wanted to, you had to pay for a meal package. Honestly, for this price, you'd be better off at All Seasons or Atour – both of those let you take food to your room. They were doing renovations on the hallway for two days, and the staff were constantly talking loudly in the corridor. Something was also being repaired in the garage, and the construction workers were blocking the exit. Overall, the experience was pretty mediocre.
