We sincerely apologize for the issues you mentioned: unclean room, sewer odor, dim lighting, and poor soundproofing affecting your sleep. This was entirely due to our negligence. Upon receiving your feedback, we immediately took action, performing a deep cleaning of the affected room, retraining our cleaning staff, and identifying and addressing the source of the odor in all drainage pipes in the area.
