The air conditioning in the hotel room only had a fan mode, no cooling, and the room was hot. I wasn't informed about this at check-in, and only realized it when I turned on the AC at night. I had to ask the front desk for a fan. The room was not soundproofed at all; I could hear the movie playing in the next room. I had a lot of luggage and two small cats with me (I had confirmed with the hotel beforehand that pets were allowed and paid a deposit). They put me in the furthest room. I called the front desk to ask for a luggage cart. The person who came up had a terrible attitude, looking down on me and acting as if I was bothering her. I asked her to lay the cart flat so I could put my heavy luggage on it, but she told me to just lift it on. Is that really such a big deal? At check-out, I asked if parking was free, and she said yes. But when I tried to leave, it showed I had to pay. I had to go back to scan a QR code. She didn't mention I needed to scan a code when I first asked, causing me to block the exit and have to turn back. This trip was very unsatisfactory. For a chain hotel that wasn't cheap, the service and facilities were so poor. I really don't understand it.

once I reach hotel i ask the help to get my luggage pick up to room , but the supervisor / receptionist refuse it ! i feel it very bad

I booked for my family. They have written a review. ,,Poor service, not helpful for foreigners. The room wasn’t very clean. The staff didn’t speak English. There wasn’t enough toilet paper in the room. We asked for bath towels and they gave us a very small one. Although the breakfast was already booked and paid, they didn’t want to let us in. The hotel is quite old and the breakfast time is short, ending at 9 o'clock. I originally wanted to sleep in when I stayed at the hotel, but I had to get up early for breakfast, which usually ends at 10 o'clock in other hotels. I think the hotel is operating at a loss.
