7Days Inn Chain Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station Lizeqiao)

I have stayed at 7 Days in other places before, and I feel that the decoration style in every city is the same. So when I went to Beijing this time, I decisively booked a 7 Days Premium Hotel on Ctrip. However, I was shocked when I walked into the room. It was the first time. I saw that the wall under the window sill in the room was yellow and peeling, and the indoor environment was shabby. I felt like I was in a pirated 7 Days Inn. I checked out early the next morning. When I returned to my place of residence, I discovered that there was one piece of clothing missing from the lockbox. I thought I was still wearing it the day before I came back. I guess I forgot to put it away in my room when I changed out at night, so I ended up wearing it at night. I called the lady who was very impatient and asked me to call the aunt who cleans the room the next day. As a result, I made more than ten calls the next day, and a waitress answered one of them. She didn't even check and just called the front desk. I didn't have any clothes, and I said in a very disdainful tone, "Why are you using your old clothes?" I tried to call you again later, but I ended up not answering the phone at all. Just hung up. The clothes really disappeared out of thin air. I just lost them and had no hope of getting them back. However, the attitude of the waiters made me very uncomfortable. They did not have the most basic service professionalism. I felt the worst experience after staying in a hotel for 7 days. This time, poor environment, poor service, bad reviews, bad reviews

The house is clean and tidy. The most important thing is that it is located on the third ring road. It is very convenient to travel around or take the bus and subway. There is also a large supermarket and Walmart. It is an affordable hotel choice in Beijing.

The room is not clean enough, there are hairs on the sheets, dead mosquitoes are all on the wall, and there are blood stains from swatting mosquitoes, the room furnishings are old, the tables are dirty, takeaways can only be placed at the front desk, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in
