Excellent service and a clean environment. 2. The check-in experience was superb. The room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped. The hygiene was meticulously maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a quiet stay. The front desk was very responsive, and the attention to detail throughout made the entire experience comfortable. I highly recommend it to everyone!

Jean provides great service, and the rooms are clean. The hotel has changed its name, so make sure you don't go to the wrong one.

The only issue with this hotel is that it is located in the same building as many eating places share the same ventilation system. This causes the smell from cooking and grilling to permeate the corridors of the hotel. Thankfully we did not smell it in our room.

There was no AC during the stay, and the hotel could only provide standing fans. It was super hot and we had to change hotels early.

Ji Yi provided excellent service, and overall I was very satisfied. You can hear traffic noise during peak hours if your room faces the road, so if that bothers you, I'd recommend asking for a room further inside. The front desk staff also asked about my room type preferences.

This was my first time staying at Atour, and I was pleasantly surprised! 1. Despite it being Chinese New Year and rooms being scarce, they upgraded our room for free upon arrival. 2. All the staff provided excellent service. 3. The hotel's food options were plentiful, high quality, and available for extended hours. Not only did they offer breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM, which was perfect whether you wanted an early start or a leisurely brunch, but they also had late-night congee from 9:30 PM to 11 PM. After a long day of activities in Beijing, coming back to hot congee and small dishes waiting for us was incredibly thoughtful. 4. The soundproofing in the rooms was also great; even though the hotel was almost fully booked, we didn't hear any noise. 5. The bedding was comfortable and really helped us relax. The only minor downside might be that it's a bit far from the subway station. We had to grab a shared bike (which were readily available right downstairs) every time we went, but that was convenient enough.

I travelled by myself and found the hotel to be extremely convenient. The staff were friendly and nice and hence it is great to do stay there. They have a midnight porridge service from 2130-2300 every day which is free and also very tasty. The hotel is also equipped with an automated robot that helps with deliveries, meaning you don’t have staff knocking on your door with deliveries nor do u have to get dressed and go downstairs to collect things! Would recommend for families and even solo travellers on a budget!

All of the hotel staff went above and beyond to help me out. Super helpful and super friendly staff members. The hotel room is also very clean and comfortable. Love the beds and pillows. Breakfast has good selection. Love everything and will definitely book so much. Thank you so much to the front desk team for helping me with my suitcases and making sure that I moved into new hotel smoothly. I’m very grateful. 🙏

Overall is good except that it is not very close to the metro station. Not a problem if you call a taxi since it is right next to the main route. The breakfast is above average when compared with other hotel in China.

It was amazing! The hotel was tastefully decorated and very clean. The family room was very spacious. Slept soo well, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and it was very warm. The bathroom felt very spacious and clean; never been in a larger shower room. Amenities were pretty nice as well. Location wise it was a bit of a walk from the metro station but definitely walkable. Very close to the bus stop though. Would highly recommend!
