The service was warm and welcoming, and the room was clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a genuine 4-star hotel with excellent service and great value for money. It's conveniently located, and the airport shuttle even stops right in the hotel parking lot!

The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options. Our room was spacious and clean, and the direct airport shuttle bus was incredibly convenient. The service was also very warm and attentive.

This is an excellent hotel, a solid four-star. All the services are top-notch; in fact, I'd say some aspects even exceed a four-star experience. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Universal Studios! It's super convenient to get to and from Universal Studios by subway. Plus, the airport shuttle bus stops right downstairs, making airport transfers a breeze. Highly recommended overall!

The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Universal Studios, with departures at 7:00 AM and 8:15 AM, and a return trip to the hotel at 8:40 PM. It's also a short walk, about ten minutes, from Liyuan subway station. 2. **Excellent facilities.** Beyond the standard amenities, the room had a long list of available items, from various pillows to children's supplies and wellness products. Everything was well-stocked. I simply called, and my requests were delivered quickly. I asked for a memory foam neck pillow and a humidifier, both of which were very effective. The hotel also has a gym and a hot spring, but unfortunately, I didn't have time to try them out. 3. **Warm and attentive service.** The front desk staff, restaurant team, and even the cleaners were all polite, enthusiastic, and incredibly helpful. It made for a very comfortable stay. 4. **Other highlights:** The room was clean and tidy, and there were complimentary welcome fruits, a nice little surprise. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring local Beijing snacks, which was another pleasant surprise. Overall, choosing this hotel for my Universal Studios trip was incredibly smart. It offers fantastic value for money. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

The environment is excellent, very upscale, and offers free parking. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and comprehensive. It's great value for money and the location is superb, making it a top choice for Universal Studios. I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This is a great hotel! First, the location is excellent. The airport shuttle bus stop is right downstairs, which is super convenient for anyone heading to the airport. Second, the breakfast is quite generous, offering both Chinese and Western options. It caters well to different dietary preferences and age groups, from kids to adults and seniors. They even have authentic Old Beijing specialties like tofu pudding and 'douzhi' (fermented bean juice), along with various pastries. The chef at the noodle station is fantastic; the noodles and rice vermicelli are perfectly cooked, and there's a wide selection of braised toppings and condiments that taste delicious. Another thing worth highlighting is the exceptional service. When I wanted a latte, a staff member directly brought one to my table without me even having to ask. Overall, the service attitude from everyone, from the front desk to all the staff I interacted with, was excellent. A special shout-out goes to Manager Hua from the Front Office Department. She is diligent, responsible, and truly dedicated, always showing a positive and enthusiastic service mindset. I believe this is incredibly important in today's highly competitive service industry.

It was almost dark by the time I arrived. After checking in, I had dinner nearby. The location is convenient, close to the subway station. The lobby is also quite nice. However, the lighting in the room was too dim. The service was alright.
