The room facilities were perfect and well-equipped, with one large bed and one smaller one, more than enough for a family stay! Although it was only a brief one-night stay, the customer service staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. They even mailed back clothes we left behind to our home, which we're extremely grateful for! They truly operate with integrity, offer enthusiastic service, and have a wonderfully human touch!

The standard room was on the second floor, so it was a bit dark with not much sunlight. Overall, I was quite satisfied, but the room just felt too dim. The room had a good range of facilities though, including a fridge, microwave, and washing machine, which is great for business travelers.
