Overall, the service was acceptable.

The hotel wasn't as bad as some reviews suggested. It wasn't particularly noisy, and if you tell the front desk you need a quiet room, they'll arrange one for you. Plus, there's heating and air conditioning in winter, so it's not cold at all. Just tell the front desk what you need, and they'll bring it to you. For this price and location, it's pretty good. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Beijing for business; it's very convenient to get to the subway station—only about 300 meters away, so it's easy to find.

I rarely give bad reviews, but I'm giving one star for your front desk service. Not doing your research and reading reviews is definitely a mistake; when the front desk started yelling at me, I already knew I'd booked two days and wanted to cancel one.

The room facilities were terrible, and it was very dirty. The staff inside the room were very loud, and the drainage was extremely noisy. I arrived late at night and was woken up very early the next morning! It was really awful.

The price-performance ratio is quite high. The manager's service was excellent. The location is convenient, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby.
