The hotel facilities are decent, considering it's an older property. **Cleanliness:** It's okay, generally tidy and looks alright. **Environment:** The surrounding area is very run-down, with small, old houses, almost like a demolition zone. **Service:** The front desk staff were good, definitely a plus.

The front desk is very kind. She helped us order takeaway food as I could not order from my phone. She also treated us and don’t want to take money when I pay her. She also request for bath towels to be sent to our room and upgrade our room to a bigger one. The warm hospitality is outstanding and excellent! I will come back to this hotel and totally recommended to anyone wants to stay at Line 8 (Green) colour. The station is Dahongmen Nan (Exit B). The washing machine is working but the dryer is out of service. The lobby is lovely!

The shower area was a little dirty, but everything else was fine. The surrounding area was a bit desolate, but the cool river at the entrance was nice. The staff were all very friendly, proactive, and helpful, and even assisted with small problems. 😁

I really love that there is no time limit. I can enjoy the whole process slowly and leisurely. I feel healed. The waiters are very professional, their movements are neat and crisp, and the customer experience is particularly great. It's so delicious that I finished it all in a short time and even forgot to take pictures hahahaha
