Our entire stay was very pleasant. The hotel's location is great, making it easy to get around, and there are plenty of amenities nearby. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was comfortable, and all the facilities were complete and worked well. Emily's service was incredibly thoughtful and friendly. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!

This trip far exceeded my expectations, it was an excellent experience! I have to give a special shout-out to Carl, the concierge, for his thoughtful service. We arrived at Terminal 2, which wasn't initially covered by the shuttle service, and we thought we'd have to arrange our own transportation. However, upon learning of our situation, the staff actively coordinated and arranged a special pick-up just for us. They went out of their way to provide a dedicated vehicle, alleviating all our worries. The entire process was seamlessly coordinated, and the service was warm and attentive. They truly prioritized the guest's needs, demonstrating both professionalism and a caring touch. This level of service absolutely deserves a perfect score!
