I would like to sincerely compliment the front desk team :Musa, Cola, and Nicole as well as housekeeper 王树珍 for their excellent service and hospitality.
Every time I stay here, the front desk team always gives me such a warm welcome and makes me feel truly at home. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care for guests really stand out. Musa, Cola, and Nicole are definitely one of the key reasons why I choose to return, as their service creates a very comfortable and memorable stay. Staff like them are truly a great asset to the hotel and play an important role in building guest loyalty.
However, during this stay, I was quite disappointed with the air-conditioning issue. It appeared that there was no proper air-conditioning function available during this period due to hotel maintenance. Although the team did provide a portable fan, I personally feel that this is not acceptable for a five-star hotel standard. The room was uncomfortably warm, and I even had to sleep while sweating, which made the stay far less comfortable than expected. Guest comfort should always remain a top priority, especially in a hotel of this category.
Overall, the service from the staff remains excellent and highly commendable, but I do hope the hotel will improve its maintenance planning and ensure such issues are better managed in the future.
