Four Seasons Hotel Beijing Reviews

The hotel's location is superb. You can walk to Liangma River, Solana, and Chaoyang Park, which are beautiful both day and night. No need to fight crowds at tourist spots; just strolling around here is quite chill. It's also less than a 30-minute drive to Capital Airport. While the facilities are a bit older compared to newer hotels, they are well-maintained, and the overall ambiance is still there. The gym is well-equipped, and the pool is decent. Breakfast was a bit disappointing, not quite living up to the standard of other Four Seasons locations.

Had a great experience here. Very satisfied with everything from the service to the facilities. The location is convenient, the service is excellent and attentive, and the room was spotless. I'll definitely choose Four Seasons again next time I'm in Beijing.

This is the worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in. Anyone planning to stay here in the future, my review is absolutely genuine!!! I initially thought that as a big brand like Four Seasons, located in Beijing, it couldn't possibly be bad. But as soon as I entered, a series of annoyances began: 1. After getting out of the car, the staff at the entrance were very slow with the luggage! We opened the door ourselves, and then they slowly started handling the bags. I was honestly dumbfounded. 2. After checking in at the front desk, they didn't tell us where breakfast was or what time it was served!!! My goodness, the professionalism is just terrible. 3. The hotel staff never proactively greeted me. I tested this several times; they would just walk past me with a cold expression. 👍👍 Impressive. 4. In the room, the duvet was incredibly uncomfortable. And for 2400 yuan a night, the hairdryer was a Laifen, and the shampoo and other toiletries were a 4-piece set that costs 140 yuan on Taobao. They clearly don't treat guests with respect. Do the hotel staff truly feel good about themselves charging this much and offering such low-quality items? When I tried to take a bath, the bathtub stopper was broken. (See attached pictures). 5. Just now, after checking out and getting into the car, no one came to help with the luggage. If I hadn't booked a private car, would I have had to carry my own luggage? 👍 Really amazing customer service. Overall, the experience was extremely poor. I've stayed at The Ritz-Carlton and St. Regis, and they genuinely treat their guests well and politely greet them. This is my honest review; stay here or not, it's up to you, but you'll be paying the same money to be annoyed.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Beijing! The lobby is truly impressive, and I loved seeing all the fresh peonies everywhere. 💕 I'm a light sleeper who gets bothered by noise at night, but it was very quiet here with excellent soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious too!

My first stay at the Four Seasons Beijing was a terrible experience! The facilities are old and don't work well, the staff lacks service awareness and are inflexible. The toilet drain was blocked, and repairs were slow. I will never come back again!

Always satisfied, as usual. The room was fully equipped, and the living experience was top-notch. I needed ribbons for a wedding, and the concierge quickly delivered them. When I needed a sewing kit, housekeeping also responded very promptly. The service is truly commensurate with the hotel's standing.

The hotel management clearly has a good understanding of beverages; the wine selection at the bar, Italian restaurant, and executive lounge was excellent. Both the Chinese and Italian dishes were well-prepared. However, the breakfast offerings, setup, and service were quite subpar.

This is a long-standing five-star hotel, and its service remains consistently excellent. They offer buckwheat pillows, and it was easy to get an extra bed for our family of three. The hotel is conveniently located near the embassy district, which has many restaurants offering exotic cuisines. It's definitely worth staying here.

The room stay was excellent! A big thank you to all the staff who assisted us, including Derain and Tommy at the front desk, Andy from concierge, Adele and Stanley, the housekeeping supervisors, Lydia, Lena, and the entire housekeeping team, and Melody from guest services. The room was well-equipped, comfortable, spacious, and bright, and the bathroom was clean and tidy.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. The only minor issue was that the bathroom was still undergoing renovations, but overall, it was a great stay!

The hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. The staff are all highly professional and provide proactive, comfortable service. The cleaning lady was very thoughtful; she neatly organized my small items and even prepared a mirror cloth for me. Overall, highly recommended!

Thank you so much! Since it was our anniversary, the hotel prepared a small cake for us in advance! The greeting card even had hand-drawn designs, and so did the window! It was incredibly thoughtful! Every staff member we encountered at the hotel greeted us. The front desk lady, knowing I collect room cards, even gave me a special bunny-themed room card! I'm so happy we got to stay here on such a special day. I'd love to experience the Beijing Four Seasons with you again in the future!

Four seasons is an amazing hotel located conveniently to many attractions (~30 mins by DiDi). Staff are friendly, room is clean and packed with everything you need to stay comfortably. Be sure to check out Cai Yi Xuan restaurant in the hotel for good Peking Duck!
