The location is super convenient, and the room is comfortable and quiet. A special shout-out to Peter at the lobby, his service was exceptional, making me feel right at home!!!

A very satisfying stay. The hotel facilities are excellently maintained and have clearly been renovated. The welcome fruit platter was absolutely amazing; out of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one's fruit platter was the most thoughtful. The breakfast selection was very rich, especially the bread display cabinet.

I chose this hotel when I went to Beijing to watch the Mayday concert at the Bird's Nest. It was super convenient – just take Metro Line 10 nearby, transfer to Line 8, and you're there in about 40 minutes. The staff were all very warm and attentive, and the room was clean and well-equipped. I was really satisfied!

I first visited Beijing in June 2024 and have been back five times since. After my initial trip, I stayed at this Park Plaza hotel for my second visit. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes when booking online, but the moment I stepped into the hotel for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised! The environment was much better than I expected! The staff were all very kind and enthusiastic! The whole vibe was fantastic! That's why every time I've returned to Beijing since, I've booked this hotel! The environment is comfortable, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. There are also many restaurants around the hotel, which is super handy! The reason I keep coming back to this hotel is because the entire atmosphere makes me feel incredibly comfortable, and there's a real sense of being at home. Especially last January, I had a medical issue. I called the front desk, and thanks to Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk, he helped me call an ambulance and got me to the hospital. While I was semi-conscious in the hospital, I vaguely saw Mr. Xia – who was a complete stranger to me at the time – busily helping me pay for expenses until my friends in Beijing arrived. He didn't leave until they got there! A year later, I went back to Beijing and stayed at their hotel again. This time, it happened to be a couple of extremely hot days! My health can't handle stuffy heat; I tend to get sick easily when it's hot. So, I called the front desk, and Mr. Xia Tongpu arranged for a cooling machine to be sent to my room. The next day, when I went for breakfast, it was particularly hot, and my body couldn't cope. My smartwatch kept alerting me! I quickly went back to my room to take my medicine and then looked for Mr. Xia Tongpu at the front desk because I saw him on my way to the restaurant. I asked him to send me some ice water, and he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a cup of ice water. That wasn't enough, so I told him I needed some ice cubes, and again, he quickly arranged for a robot to deliver a box of ice cubes. This physical cooling prevented me from getting ill! I sincerely thank Mr. Xia Tongpu from the front desk; he helped me once again! If I ever go back to Beijing, I will definitely stay at this hotel again! Although my near-illness those two days was due to the extreme heat, it was also because the hotel wasn't yet able to provide air conditioning, as they have to comply with government regulations. So, it wasn't the hotel's fault. I'm mentioning the heat because I've seen many reviews giving this hotel a bad rating due to the hot weather, and I think it's unfair to the hotel. If they could provide air conditioning, I'm sure they would, but they also have to cooperate with government departments. I usually never write reviews, but I'm writing this honest account because I genuinely appreciate Mr. Xia from the front desk, and I also feel that those negative reviews are truly unfair to the hotel! I'm just speaking fairly!

My business trip was packed, and I needed everything to be highly efficient. The hotel front desk completely exceeded my expectations. I arrived during peak check-in, but Ellen at the front desk handled everything so smoothly and skillfully, getting all the procedures done quickly. She even noted my preferred floor in advance. When checking out, getting the invoice and reviewing the bill was also done in seconds, without a single error. In between, I had a sudden need to print a document, and the front desk helped me out without a second thought – their professionalism is top-notch. They truly delivered on being 'fast, accurate, and reliable.' A big thumbs up to this service team!

I serendipitously picked a hotel close to the subway, and to my surprise, the facilities and service were exceptional. It was only in the lobby that I discovered it was a Chinese 4-star hotel and an official Winter Olympics host hotel!

Had a great stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Science Park. The location is super convenient for getting around. The room was spotless and well-equipped. The service was thoughtful; they even had a welcome snack, a robot to deliver takeout, and a pillow menu! Breakfast was fantastic, with a great mix of Chinese and Western options, plus some local Beijing specialties. It felt like a five-star experience at a four-star hotel.

This is my second stay at the Park Plaza Beijing Science Park, and once again, I'm very satisfied with its location. It's really close to Beihang University's Dayuncun campus, making it an excellent choice for parents visiting their children there. The Zhichunlu subway station is just over 300 meters from the hotel entrance, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk staff were warm and thoughtful; they helped me store my luggage when I arrived early, and it was a very proper storage service. On the day I was leaving, they even extended my check-out time because I had an errand to run. The hotel environment is very quiet, and the overall stay was excellent. They currently have a tall Christmas tree in the lobby, and the buffet restaurant is also quite good.

I always stay here whenever I visit my child at university. It's right next to the Universiade Village student dorms and very close to the subway station, which is super convenient. The stay was comfortable and satisfying, and the service was warm and welcoming, especially Mr. Zeng and Mr. Qian. Thumbs up, I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

The room was very comfortable and conveniently located. Concierge Mr. Zeng and Front Desk Ms. Shen helped me with the check-in, and their service was excellent and patient. Tina from the front desk and the intern, Ali, were also very attentive. My stay exceeded expectations.

Extremely satisfied! The breakfast was good, and it was easy to get a taxi. It's quiet, conveniently located, and very close to Zhichunlu subway station. Highly recommended! Special thanks to Tina for her warm and thoughtful service.

1. The facilities are generally old and not well-maintained. 2. The motor inside the cabinet near the room door produces a noticeable, continuous low-frequency noise, significantly disrupting rest at night. 3. Initially, I thought this might be an issue with a single room, but after requesting a room change, the new room had the same problem. This indicates it's not an isolated incident but a widespread issue. 4. I have video evidence of the situation for verification.

The mattress was excellent, very soft and comfortable, a spring mattress. I fell in love with it after just one night's sleep. The bathtub was also good. We encountered a small issue during our stay, and the staff were very proactive in helping us resolve it.

Except it is at good location other facility and the service are so horrible. The temperature in the room is 27 Celsius I could not turn on the air condition because the hotel has the policy now is not the air-conditioning season yet They decide not to provide air condition at the end of April. Secondly I was told I’ve been upgraded to their executive room. That room is a joke. It’s so compact one person is barely able to walk in between the beds and the wall.
