Grand Concordia Hotel

The room was bigger than I expected and clean. The only thing was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted individually, and it only had cold air given the current weather. We found it a bit too cold. We informed the front desk, and they responded quickly, offering a heater. Their service was excellent. However, food delivery services don't deliver to the room; takeaways are left in the lobby on the first floor, so you have to pick them up yourself. Overall, it's great value for money.

The Golden Key concierge manager at the hotel was excellent, and the front desk staff were also very helpful. The hotel rooms are spacious, making it suitable for business trips and travel.

During my stay at Pengrun Hotel, even though the restaurant was busy, Manager Rina provided warm and thoughtful service with a strong proactive approach. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The breakfast was a delightful surprise! There was a wide variety of dishes, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. Manager Feng provided thoughtful and excellent service. Definitely worth revisiting!

The hotel stay was very comfortable, and the lobby manager provided excellent service.

I was very satisfied with the front desk service, especially the lobby manager who provided excellent service. The hotel offers great value for money.

Great hotel location. Special thanks to Manager Wang at the lobby for the excellent service.
