Grand Hotel Beijing（the Forbidden City，Tiananmen）

My stay at the Grand Hotel Beijing was absolutely fantastic! The guest rooms are classically elegant, with exquisite and refined Chinese-style decor and high-quality furniture. The layout is spacious and comfortable, and every detail showcases the historic charm and craftsmanship of a seasoned hotel. The environment is clean and peaceful. All the staff were highly professional, especially attendant #1015. During the summer, they even went out of their way to help us with our luggage to the entrance. They were kind and courteous, meticulous and thoughtful in their work, and always responded promptly and attentively to our needs, providing exceptionally detailed service. The location is also excellent, making travel very convenient – whether for sightseeing or shopping, it's hassle-free. Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Beijing!

The customer service upgraded our room to a kids' suite, which my children absolutely loved. We wanted to see the flag-raising ceremony the next day, and the hotel is super close to Tiananmen Square, so we went back to bed after the ceremony. It was perfect. The late checkout until 11 AM was also a huge plus.

I stayed here with my daughter two years ago and had a wonderful experience, so when I brought my mother to Beijing this time, I still chose the Grand Hotel Beijing. Everything, from the environment and cleanliness to the service, maintained its original first-class standard. What moved me even more was that it happened to be my mother's birthday, and the hotel thoughtfully prepared a birthday cake for her. Coming to Beijing and staying at the Grand Hotel Beijing truly felt like coming home. We look forward to returning again in the near future.

Facilities: Well-equipped Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, not a single dirty corner. Environment: Fantastic environment, convenient transportation, central location, right next to Tiananmen Square. Service: Impeccable service, attentive and meticulous. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing.

This hotel is amazing! I was very satisfied with its location, facilities, antique design, room type, and cleanliness. The breakfast was quite rich; besides the buffet items, some dishes could also be ordered from the menu, including traditional Old Beijing snacks. The hotel is quite close to the Forbidden City, and from my room, I could see Tiananmen Square and the roofs of the Forbidden City. I stayed here for three days, mainly because I was out all day with my child exploring. I didn't get to fully enjoy the hotel for a whole day, which is a bit of a regret for a hotel enthusiast like me.

It's rare for me to write reviews, but the Beijing Hotel NUO (formerly the Grand Hotel Beijing) is right next to Tiananmen Square. The hotel's facilities are top-notch, and the service is excellent. The food at the 4th-floor restaurant is also incredibly authentic. It truly lives up to its reputation as the second-best hotel in Beijing, after the Diaoyutai State Guesthouse. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hotel Beijing again on my next trip to Beijing!

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to the Forbidden City, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It's connected to the Beijing Hotel and Nuo Hotel, and it's also easy to get to Wangfujing subway station. The complimentary travel photoshoot was a nice touch; the photographer was very attentive and I'd definitely recommend it!

This is a beautiful and luxurious hotel where we had a wonderful two-night stay. Its location is absolutely superb, being very, very close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum. There's also a subway station right next door, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. We received a very generous souvenir when we checked out. The staff, from the front desk to housekeeping, demonstrated the thoughtful and attentive service expected of a high-end hotel. This is definitely a hotel worth staying at and experiencing when you visit Beijing.
