Hospitality of staffs was very good Hotel islocated in the suburb of Beijing, need to make full use of Shuttle buses, and buses were useful. In order to use Shuttle bus at the airport, you need to call hotel.

We stayed one night only at this hotel as it is close to the airport and we had an early flight to catch in the morning. The free shuttle bus was of great help. The room was clean and quite spacious, but everything feels a bit dated... The staff we met were helpful and courteous. We didn't get the chance to visit much around, so I can't comment much on the neighborhood and available services.

Pleasant stay at the hotel. Dated but good amenities such as the gym and swimming pool.

The hotel is generally quite clean, though the facilities are a bit dated. You can tell it was once a very high-end establishment. However, the overall value for money is still pretty good.

The ‘Non-smoking’ room became Smoking at check-in, the ‘Landmark View’ couldn’t be seen through windows that haven’t been cleaned in what appears to be years, the shower did not work and running a bath was useless due to slow water flow from tap and the water that did come out of the hot tap being only lukewarm All in all a very unenjoyable stay and one others should be aware of.

The bathrooms by the pool were dirty. Other than that I was satisfied with our stay. Service is good. Location is good if you need something close to the airport. The airport shuttle bus is very convenient.

The room smell smoking à lot so it was difficult to fall asleep in that awful odour. The location to the airport was great, less than 10 minutes.

Location is good but still a few issues: 1. Could not connect to the WiFi. Was given user name and password but no instructions where to put them. Probably easy to solve but did not want to go back to the lobby 2. There is an extension lead that can be used to plug a phone charger, but it only works if the light is on which is a nuisance. 3. Aircon in my room was quite noisy and though it is a non smoking room, the guest before me did not see the sign :-) 4. First shuttle to the airport leaves at 6, too late for early flights Not sure if I will book again.

This is my second time staying at the hotel. The room was comfortable and the hotel is very close to the airport.
