An excellent hotel in the Jiuxianqiao area of Beijing. I always stay here whenever I visit the Capital. Great staff and cozy rooms.

Our overall experience at EAST Beijing was great. The location next to INDIGO mall made it super convenient for getting around and dining. We arrived quite late, and I'm especially grateful to Manager Xie for understanding our travel schedule and helping us arrange a late checkout. It was very thoughtful service. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and it was quiet with a nice city night view. We were very satisfied and would choose to stay here again next time.

Staycationed here for the weekend, was a nice getaway. It’s located right next to Indigo Mall which is convenient, has an indoor pool, FEAST Buffet is probably once of the best in Beijing and the rooms are large and well equipped. Only downside for us, was there is no where to park or charge e-bikes. They do let you hire bicycles which are great for a ride along the river if you’re up for it. The best item on the rooms service menu is the Pavlova! Almost tasted like home.

I've always wanted to stay at an EAST hotel because of my great experience at EAST Hong Kong, and I finally got to stay at EAST Beijing this time! I really love EAST's minimalist design and the amazing window views. The hotel is also super convenient for getting to Capital Airport. I'll definitely be back for my next business trip.

This is the most photos I've ever taken of a hotel! My previous review already covered everything. In short, it's super convenient for getting to 798 Art Zone, so anyone visiting Chaoyang should definitely consider it. It's a great value for money option in Beijing. Highly recommend it again!!!

The front desk staff were enthusiastic and highly efficient. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a shopping mall, making dining and getting around very convenient. The room's overall minimalist style, however, did lead to some inconveniences; storage cabinets and cups were a bit hard to find. Some facilities showed signs of aging, and the bathroom cleanliness was just average, with a less-than-ideal toilet experience. Additionally, even with the air conditioning off, the room felt damp and cold at night, and I'm not sure why. Overall, the location is a big plus, but there's room for improvement in the hardware details.

Stumbled upon a gem of a hotel for my business trip to Beijing – EAST Beijing! My experience here was absolutely fantastic. The staff were incredibly responsive and efficient, and their attitude was so warm and friendly, making me feel right at home, like family. There's a free co-working space on the second floor, with many people working quietly and comfortably – it's perfect for business travelers. The hotel is directly connected to a mall, making dining and shopping super convenient, all in one place! Plus, it's only about a 2-minute walk from the subway entrance, so transportation is a breeze. It's a great choice whether you're on a business trip or just a short stay. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Beijing! 👍

Honestly, the experience was quite disappointing! Nearly 1000 RMB a night for this hotel felt like poor value. The room was a bit old and had an odd smell, the air didn't feel fresh. What I couldn't stand the most was the construction site drilling outside starting at 6 AM, and the hotel didn't even provide earplugs. There was no bottled water, and they told me to drink from the direct-drinking machine in the bathroom, but they didn't provide disposable cups – most people barely use hotel glasses these days anyway. All in all, I was quite disappointed and won't be staying again. And if you order takeout, you have to go down to the first floor to pick it up yourself. For a hotel costing nearly 1000 RMB per night, this experience was really bad!

The gym is excellent, and the hotel is very comfortable and convenient. Highly recommended!

The Executive Lounge benefits exceeded my expectations; I actually went back for a second stay just for that mini-bar! The unagi don (eel rice) and beef short ribs were also really good, and the pool was clean and didn't feel stuffy.

This hotel is located right above a subway station. The mall and passage leading to the subway are open from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM, which is very convenient. Once you exit the subway, just follow the signs to find the hotel; it's on the first floor of the mall next to the 'descent' brand store. The decor is modern, and the room is clean and spacious with comfortable bedding. Downside: The air conditioner is directly above the head of the bed, so I had to turn it off at night, otherwise, I'd have a constant draft on my head.

Excellent! Supreme location, friendly staff, room is clean and spacious with nice city view, comfortable bed, huge shower. I especially enjoyed the pool and sauna, very well maintained and clean. Breakfast is outstanding. Absolutely recommended.

《A Cozy Corner in Beijing East》: My Stay at EAST Beijing I drove to EAST Beijing this time. The hotel shares an underground parking lot with INDIGO Beijing Shopping Center, and levels B2 and B3 have plenty of spaces, so no need to worry about finding a spot. I’d recommend parking in zone H, as it's closer to the hotel entrance. The entrance itself is specially decorated in bright yellow, making it both striking and inviting. The lobby at EAST Beijing is incredibly stylish, with many creative sculptures that made me feel like I’d stumbled into an art gallery disguised as a hotel lobby, hahaha. During check-in, Alan at the front desk enthusiastically upgraded my room and meticulously explained the locations of the gym, restaurant, and other facilities. I felt truly valued and welcomed. The guestroom doors at EAST Beijing have a hidden design, blending seamlessly with the walls. This not only gave a smoother visual impression but, combined with the warm, non-direct lighting, also enhanced the sense of continuity in the hotel corridors. I stayed in a king-size room, which was generally spacious with excellent amenities. Since this is the Year of the Horse, the corridor walls were specially adorned with a floating watercolor painting titled 'Dream Horse,' instantly adding a rich artistic ambiance to the room. Furthermore, because I had contacted the hotel’s housekeeping department beforehand to request a quiet room, they specifically selected a room for me that was far from the elevators and not adjacent to staff passages or linen rooms. They also prepared welcome fruits and a handwritten card, which made me feel right at home and was incredibly thoughtful. There was even complimentary lip balm on the nightstand, which was a lifesaver for someone like me whose lips often get chapped! One delightful surprise was the recessed groove around the bathroom floor, which effectively guided water drainage during showers, preventing overflow and slippery floors. When checking out the next day at noon, another front desk staff member, Amber, not only clearly explained the parking discount policy but also thoughtfully reminded me to use the two lower-level elevators to reach the underground parking lot smoothly. Her service was exceptionally detailed. Overall, EAST Beijing is a high-quality, upscale hotel with well-trained staff, warm service, distinctive decor, excellent facilities, and refined design. It allows guests to enjoy a cozy and pleasant time even during business travel. I will definitely be back!
