Very close to the underground and shopping street, coffee and cold beverages are available,. decently equipped gym

Excellent location with spacious, clean rooms. There's a common area where there are complimentary beverages and TV. Staff are helpful and friendly. However, rooms are cleaned once every 3 days by default and the TV in the room has nothing to watch.

Helpful receptionist. Right at Wangfujing street, easy walk to pedestrian street and subway. Very convenient Common kitchen if you want to cook your food with free flow beverages. Toilet and basement have some funny smell of poor drainage.

Hotel location is great, within walking distance of the main historical sites and close to multiple subway lines. The staff is all super friendly and helpful! The place feels modern with an app to provide door code and adjust light / temp settings instead of a physical key, but it was a bit of a hassle arriving late at night and needing to download / troubleshoot app with no other way to get into the room. The services are light with no sheet/towel change services, replaced bottled water, making the bed or breakfast for a 3 night stay. It feels more like staying in a clean home than a hotel which is okay if you just want a clean and quie place to stay!

Loved our accommodations at this hotel. All front desk receptionists were kind and helpful. We were given extra items for the room when requested (duvet, towels). The hotel room was clean and spacious for 2 adults. Room lights, curtains, and AC can be controlled with hotel app. App is downloaded with assistance of front desk staff. Without the app, manual control still works. Hotel lobby on ground floor includes functional kitchen and mini fridge with coke, sprite, and sparkling water. Downstairs contains a gym and laundry room. Location is close to lama temple, forbidden palace, Tiananmen Square and local shops and restaurants. DiDi can pick up and drop off in front of hotel.

Very well located. The staff is friendly and helpful and they speak good English. There were complimentary drinks and snacks which were very helpful. Would highly recommend since the location is very near a metro station and walkable distance to shopping area
