First, about check-in: I booked an inner-view room, which stated the window was in the corridor. Upon arrival, I was told there was no window, and had to pay extra to upgrade to a room with a window. This feels like a rip-off; they should just state it's a windowless room directly. Next, the hairdryer in the hotel: it stops after blowing for 10 seconds. They said it's temperature-controlled and you have to wait 20 minutes before using it again. I mean, do they not want us to blow dry our hair after washing it? What kind of ridiculous setup is this?! And during breakfast, the auntie kept staring and nagging non-stop, which was a terrible experience. Not worth the price at all.

My child had an exam, so I booked a day-use room for them to rest during lunch, saving us from commuting back and forth. The environment was nice, and the room was clean and tidy. While my child was taking the exam, I found a large table in the lobby on the first floor where I could read and charge my devices. There's free parking right outside, though spaces are limited.

Nice hotel, price friendly. Not too far away from the metro. Next door is a good restaurant. The room is OK with a separate shower and toilet. Clean. Lack of a wardrobe though. Friendly people at the reception. Breakfast is OK with a reasonable choice.
