About a ten-minute walk from the subway station, the front desk service was very warm and helpful. They arranged a room with a refrigerator for me, which was very convenient for a solo traveler. Due to time constraints, I had a late check-out. The room was cozy, and the daily linen changes were prompt.

My stay at Hepingli Traveler-Inn truly exceeded my expectations; the overall experience was fantastic. Upon entering, I was greeted by a spacious room that felt open and not at all cramped. It featured a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing, paired with a large TV – great for unwinding with some shows. The attention to detail was impressive, with tissue boxes readily available and all sorts of small amenities thoughtfully provided, showcasing a truly caring approach. The room also included a separate dressing area, which was incredibly practical. This private space, equipped with hangers and a shelf, allowed for organized storage of luggage and clothes, ensuring privacy when changing. It's a very human-centered design. The bathroom was an even bigger surprise, featuring both a shower and a bathtub. This meant I could quickly freshen up or indulge in a relaxing soak. The spacious tub was perfect for stretching out, and a hot bath after a long day of travel instantly melted away my fatigue. The overall decor was simple yet elegant, with warm and soft color tones and perfectly ambient lighting. The facilities were well-maintained, clean, and tidy, showing no signs of age. From the room layout and storage space to the bathroom amenities, everything seemed designed with the guest's needs in mind. Balancing both practicality and comfort, staying here felt secure and pleasant. It was a very satisfying accommodation experience and definitely worth recommending.

I had a really pleasant stay at Hepingli Traveler-Inn Hotel. I arrived quite late at night, so having a 24/7 reception made checking in really easy and stress-free. The location is really convenient, with the hotel being in an area of Beijing that is well connected by the subway, making it easy to get around the city. There’s a McDonald’s directly across the road if you fancy some familiar Western food, as well as a large underground supermarket nearby. There are also plenty of bakeries, shops and local food options around, so finding something for breakfast or a quick meal is never difficult. There’s even a 7-Eleven about a 3-minute walk away which is open 24 hours. The hotel itself was very quiet during my stay and the bed was really comfortable, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep after a busy day exploring Beijing. There’s also a gym downstairs by reception if that’s something you’re interested in. I thought the complimentary amenities were a nice touch too, including slippers, a toothbrush and toothpaste, comb, hairdryer and bottled water. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay, particularly if you’re looking for somewhere well connected with plenty of food and shops nearby.

The decor is a bit dated, but the location is quite good, mainly because it's convenient for business. It's also close to Ditan Park, so you can go for a morning workout. There's a nice lamb restaurant nearby.

The hotel is good, though the facilities are a bit old. The room attendant was very polite and came to clean every day. We had two small children with us, so we probably caused her a lot of trouble, but we're really grateful to her and all the ladies there! The front desk staff were also excellent; they reminded us about the rain and recommended good places to eat and fun attractions. It was a very pleasant stay.

The service was acceptable. The room's environment and facilities were noticeably dated. The location was decent, being close to attractions like the Yonghegong Lama Temple, Guozijian, Confucius Temple, and Guijie Street. The subway station was about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel's air conditioning system was quite good, quiet and effective. However, the room itself had a significant flaw: the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, resulting in poor ventilation and a lingering odor upon returning. The two 1.2-meter beds provided ample space for our family of two adults and two young children. The room size was decent, with enough space to spread out our suitcases. Despite the hotel having numerous rooms, the laundry facility only had one washer and one dryer, resulting in a queue for laundry every evening. The dryer wasn't very effective, so we had to hang our clothes in the room to air dry using the AC. The hotel lobby was quite nice. The 4-star rating felt overly generous, as it certainly didn't meet that standard in reality.

The hotel facilities are complete, and the location is excellent, very close to the Yonghe Temple and Ditan Park. The front desk service is very friendly and welcoming. It's definitely worth staying here.
