The environment, service, and facilities are all great. It was a bit crowded on Saturday, and they were running low on towels. Seeing how busy the staff were, we just helped ourselves. Sunday was much better; we even had a chance to chat with staff who proactively asked if we needed anything.

The room is very spacious, and the bathroom area is quite large, perfect for a family. There's plenty of room for dining and playing together. The height of the chairs and tables is a bit mismatched; you sink in quite a bit when you sit down. The bunk beds were a hit with the kids. Plus, there's a private indoor hot spring in the room, which is free and quite nice. The hotel breakfast is pretty average, with the variety and taste on par with a 3-star hotel in the city center. The hot spring is connected to the hotel, and you can re-enter until noon the next day by registering your room number. However, you do need to exchange your entry wristband.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

This was my first stay, and I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's excellent environment, making it perfect for family travel. Our family connecting room was spacious and comfortable! The Chinese restaurant offered great service and delicious food!

After a grueling business trip, I booked a hot spring hotel package, looking forward to two days of complete relaxation. The hot springs themselves were decent, quite standard. A good feature was the ventilation system; compared to other indoor pools, you could occasionally feel a refreshing cool breeze, which was a nice touch. Most pools were open. Friday was pleasantly uncrowded, but Saturday became a total madhouse, with the pools full of swimming floats. The cleanliness was acceptable. The room was by far the most satisfying part. We loved dining on the balcony and watching the sunset. The bathroom had a very open and airy design, and the shower stall was wonderfully spacious. In the evenings, guests could go fishing in the lake, which was teeming with small fish, and we even spotted black swans.

They delivered fruit to the room, which was a nice touch. However, I'd suggest they inform guests beforehand and confirm a delivery time next time, to avoid any potential misunderstandings. All the staff were incredibly helpful and very courteous. The food at the Chinese restaurant was also quite good. The buffet breakfast area had a lovely ambiance, and the food was decent.

The front desk staff processed our check-in quickly and thoughtfully provided information on local dining options and transportation. The room was immaculately clean, right down to the corners, clearly showing the meticulous effort of the housekeeping team. Although the facilities are not the newest, they are exceptionally well-maintained. Any requests we had during our stay were responded to very quickly by the guest services.

Our stay at Longxi Vienus International Convention Center was fantastic. The room was impeccably clean. We were also treated to a complimentary fruit plate. The kids especially adored the large balcony, which offered expansive views of the pool and lush greenery. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options that the kids absolutely loved. We'd like to specifically commend Ms. Gan Jingxuan for her incredibly thoughtful service. We also spent a significant amount of time enjoying the Longxi Hot Spring Water World. The water was pristine, the service was great, and there was an impressive array of hot spring pools to choose from. The children had a blast, especially with the bubble machine experience. Manager Wang Fang also deserves a special shout-out for her exceptionally attentive service. We definitely plan to return!

My family and I have been visiting for nearly a decade now – my child was just a little girl when we first started coming here! Our experience earlier this year was particularly good. The rooms were pleasantly scented, clean, and tidy. The overall package, including the hot springs, swimming, fitness facilities, and buffet breakfast, offered excellent value for money. The hot spring experience this time was exceptionally good, with great attention to detail. It was evident that the hotel places great importance on the water quality and environment in the hot springs area. We're particularly grateful to Manager Wang Fang, who oversees the hot springs. Her service is consistently excellent each year, always warm and personally attentive. The breakfast, as always, was incredibly rich, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. We hope the prices remain affordable during the winter peak season, especially for loyal, returning guests like us.

This is a perfect spot to unwind after a day out with the kids at Beijing Wildlife Park. The hotel offers Chinese cuisine (served by North Korean staff), and the food is quite decent. They have a buffet on weekend evenings, and the breakfast spread is plentiful and varied. The main highlight is definitely the hot springs, swimming, and water play facilities – absolutely perfect for washing away the day's 'kid-chasing' fatigue! There's also a gym, billiards, and table tennis available. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, and our rooms came with complimentary fruit platters (for both rooms) and thoughtful tea amenities. Even the toilets felt special, adding to the overall sense of luxury and detail. This is a highly recommended place, and we plan to visit at least once a year!

Affordable prices, a pleasant environment, and numerous hot spring pools are why we return every year. This visit brought a mix of pleasant surprises and some disappointments. The hot spring section, in particular, delivered exceptional service. Attendant Han Xuejuan noticed me sitting and proactively offered a fresh, dry towel and a bottle of water. Another male attendant also came around with a tray, offering complimentary tea. Attendant Wang Fang checked in with guests, asked for feedback on our experience, and even gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely delighted. However, the dining service within the hot spring area was quite disappointing. We arrived at 4:40 PM and were told ordering would only begin at 5:00 PM, so we had to wait. We ordered two rice bowls (donburi style) and a bowl of noodles. As my child was nearly done with her beef rice, she pointed out a hair in my bowl—a very thin, small one. Given we were almost finished, I didn't see the point in complaining, and honestly, even when cooking at home, such things can happen, so I decided to overlook it. What's more, the bowl of noodles still hadn't arrived after more than 40 minutes. When I inquired, they said a large pot of water hadn't boiled yet. There was no prior warning when we ordered that preparing it would take over 40 minutes due to the need to boil such a large pot of water. My child was already hungry and restless, which was incredibly frustrating. I was seriously considering giving a low rating for the dining experience, but the outstanding service from the hot spring staff deeply impressed me. Ultimately, I decided to let it go; a little mutual understanding goes a long way.

Longxi Hot Spring has been on my radar for years, and I finally got to experience it firsthand. The hot spring complex is vast, providing ample space and entertainment for both children and the elderly to enjoy their time. Facilities: While some of the facilities felt a bit dated and certain areas were not accessible, our room itself was very spacious, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. Cleanliness: Generally, the cleanliness was satisfactory. Service: The service truly stood out. Snacks were offered in the hot spring area during the afternoon, breakfast was plentiful and varied, and the staff even went the extra mile by delivering a fruit basket to our room.

To be fair, the service was excellent. A special thank you to attendant Mr. Peng Ziyi, who helped us with multiple deliveries, and also to housekeeper Ms. Guo Fangxian, whose service was incredibly thorough and attentive! However, this time, I felt the hot springs weren't as good as they used to be a few years ago. The large children's pool was completely cold water, unlike a few years back when it was warm. The water quality also didn't seem as good as before, and the fish pedicure pool was gone. Overall, it felt like there's been a bit of a downgrade in quality. Such excellent facilities should be complemented by even better and more attentive service. I hope for improvements so we can have an even better experience in the future!

We originally wanted the Time-Space Dragon Knight Family Suite, but it was unavailable, so we booked a Business Suite instead. The room was very spacious and came with a private hot spring, which meant we didn't have to take the kids outside and risk them catching a cold. When I felt a bit cold in the middle of the night, housekeeping kindly provided two extra duvets; after all, one duvet isn't quite enough for two adults and two children! The young lady at the front desk looked just like Chen Duling – she was absolutely adorable! 😄
