The hygiene was appalling. There were dirty towels crumpled up in the bathroom cabinet. There were bits of something on the bed, I don't even know what they were... The room reeked of smoke as soon as you opened the door, and at night you could smell the bathroom even from your bed. It was difficult to even open a suitcase in the standard room on the floor. I originally booked three nights, but promptly cancelled two of them. Having stayed in so many hotels, I can only say this is the worst.
