There is a Western-style steakhouse and other restaurants next door to the hotel. The hotel has a unique design style.

Good hygiene and environment. It's my first time staying in this hotel. I feel very novel. The service staff is very friendly and the room environment is large. There are many snacks around and parking is also very convenient. It is the best choice for travel. 

Location: Sanlitun Soho is a very central building. It is very convenient to go everywhere. I booked a room with a bathtub and I was not disappointed at all. The room is large and the bathtub is very clean. The water is very hot. The round bathtub can hold a lot of water in such a good way. Renting in this location is very cost-effective👍

This is the worst hotel experience I have had since my business trip to Beijing. It was already midnight when we arrived at the hotel. When I put down my luggage and took a shower, I found that there were stains on one side of the floor towel (it was not a large area). Considering that the waiter should have rested in the middle of the night, he spread the floor towel on the floor to take a shower. The young man at the front desk had a good attitude, but he had no decision-making power and called the manager to handle it. A female manager came out lazily. I told her about the hotel's linen management and cleaning process issues, and that the daily cleaning did not return the bedding to its place ( The bed was made and leveled according to the standard room), but she classified this matter as "maybe you didn't explain it clearly to your aunt"! What a mess of a hotel this is. The daily cleaning service that a regular hotel should have is not up to standard. They thought it was okay if there were tea stains on the base of the kettle. After talking too much, the female manager said, "You can check out without staying." I was really convinced by this kind of crisis public relations. At the end of the negotiation, the hotel owner sent me another message: The room is free for you, don’t complain, write us a good review! ! ! With such a subversive outlook on life, no wonder the hotel management is poor! How can it be that just a few stinky money can make people give you good reviews without conscience? Will you continue to deceive other guests? This hotel is incredible! Don’t look for problems within yourself, but use hidden rules to cover yourself up! When I returned to the room, I was even more upset: the room was still dirty and had not been cleaned! ! ! The most rubbish hotel with no laundry room and no breakfast! ! ! Everyone, look at these dirty places and listen to their answers! ! !
