On my first night there, I ordered tofu pudding from a delivery service. It sat untouched for three days, and I didn't clean it up before leaving. The housekeeping staff didn't remove it, and they didn't provide any toilet paper. Were they expecting me to use the bathroom's own toilet paper?

We were so lucky to get an upgrade at the front desk during our weekend trip to Beijing! The service was excellent, and the room was very clean. We'll definitely book this hotel again next time we're in Beijing. 😁😁😁

The hotel staff were very helpful. The room was too small, with no storage space and no chair.

The hotel is located in a residential area and is hard to find. The room has stairs, making it inconvenient to go up and down the stairs to the bathroom. The worst part is the sewage smell; there's no screen to open the window. The air conditioner is directly facing the bed, and the air conditioner and remote control are incompatible; there's no sleep mode or anti-direct airflow function.
